Stopped by during a recent black Friday weekend visit to Industry City. However I wasn't there for a full meal. I instead opted for a perfect hot coffee and deliciuos chocolate cake from the Bay Market Sweetings kiosk. I was also pleasantly surprised by the level of cleanliness and the great staff. Highly recommended.
Tasty food and kind service. Kingsboro Burger and Flagship IPA I had were very good. I like how they layout the tables. Wants to go back to try different beer and dish.

Been here several times. Their burger has been consistently good - cooked exactly to the medium doneness requested. Buttermilk fried chicken sandwich is also a solid choice. Wish their sandwiches or kids items came with sides...you’ll just have to order a la carté. Service has always been good too. A nice pit stop after shopping at the adjacent stores in the center.
I would have given it 5 stars but this was my first time here and the cashier who taken my order, did not tell me that I needed a number to take. I waited over 30 minutes for a burger. The cashier had asked me what did I order, I told her, and then she left for the day after she came from behind the counter. No follow up or anything. But one of the waiters were really nice and made sure to keep me updated after I told him what happened. He also gave me a beer and fries on the house
The kingsboro burger with cheese was amazing! The ONLY burger I have had that have actually made my burger well-done as requested. Great service, food came in a timely manner, all staff were friendly. Will be coming back to try the veggie burger! Oh and their sundaes are delicious!
I've eaten here a lot due to working in the neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and the food is always good, so we come back. Pretty easy.
There were, however, a few incidents where the shift manager was acting like a TV chef star rather than running a light fare dining experience, so I would've simply found food at the other 100 establishments in the 10 block radius, BUT! the owner was extremely courteous and willing to listen to a customer's input and concerns and invited us back for another go.
If there's someone who's willing to admit room for improvement, I'm willing to give them another chance to improve. They did and I'll be back. 👍
We had just left micro center and were looking for a place to eat. We found this, ordered, and the food came in a timely manner. The French fries were excellent, and the lemonade tased homemade. The only complaint that I have is that they had forgotten to put onions on the hot dog, but they promptly corrected it.
Food is delicious. Double king Burger can make a grown man regret his life choices (food wise), but addition of a vanilla milk shake seals the deal... Get a seat by larger factory windows to catch Brooklyn sun on a bleak day, or move to inner benches to watch Bed Bath and Beyond creatures drag their newfound possessions at 20% discount, single item only :)
So grateful to finally have a place like this in our neighborhood! Beer, wine, good healthy options as well as comfort food and a kids menu? Hit the jackpot! I just discovered it today. I was with the three kids. Walk up to the counter and order, and they bring the food to your table (or I assume you can get it to go).
The kids had chicken fingers, cheeseburger, grilled cheese and fries. I tasted the chicken fingers and they were delicious, juicy real chicken, not the dried cardboard nuggets.
I had the chickpea salad and was surprised at the quality, it was fresh and good, with mixed baby greens, exactly as in the picture above-- not the iceberg or romaine you get at a Panera.
We ran into friends there and they were having beer and wine. Both drinks were in attractive glasses and I immediately started planning our next visit!
What a wonderful staff they have. I just came right when they closed. And all I wanted was to get Mac and cheese for my 1yr old. The manager said she didn’t have an open drawer but she would make it for him on the house! I insisted on paying but they said it’s not a problem. First time here and will always try and come by if I’m in the neighborhood. Place smells amazing!
I’ve eaten here several times & each time had something different. Each time it has been very fresh & always good! Had their burger this time & it was the best burger I’ve ever had! Medium rare from end to end. Absolutely amazing!!!

My taste palette is higher than most cheap people who claim they are healthy foodies who eat to live. They are not, as I am not cheap with food & have lived in over 25 countries eating the best foods , health conscious when possible. anyway I think this is a good preface for all my reviews.
The butternut honey salad with addons of chicken or with grilled tofu with request of the alternate apricot dressing is the best healthy & tasty dish they have.
Also the side order of chicken strips is really good overall value & taste.
I opt out the heavy goat cheese, as I think ruins the salad overrall taste.
I dislike cheese in general it's really bad for your health... kinda like coke.
There is no five stars given because there is this one impatient guy whom I will not mention his name that just always gives me a hard time with always something to say. his jokes are never funny but utterly annoying.
anyways great place for the neighborhood, ample seating & overall staff of waiters are very friendly. good healthy food in a mall.
