The crust is super special...like none other! Toppings vary according to owner artisan chef's choices of what looks/sounds good! He's closed Monday and Tuesday to make the dough! And they have NUMU cheese so you can get a vegan pie no problem! The service from the chef/owner is personal and special and you know he cares about you! I gave it a 5 for atmosphere because I love the look of the place...it caught my eye walking by and had to try it. But it's a very small dining spot and def more of a slice or in my case whole pie takeout spot! I highly recommend this one!
damn good pizza. sour-dough tasting pizza crust. i really suggest the everything bagel pizza. the owner was making a family special (ricotta meatballs) and gave us a portion of leftover sauce with me and my friend to dip our pizza into… chefs kiss
This place is not messing around. There is a certain pride you can taste in well made pizza, and Roebling has it. The dough is unique—like a super thin focaccia or sourdough bread—and all of the ingredients are fresh. Definitely high up on my list of pizza places in Brooklyn. I’ll be going back.

Roebling Pizza is an owner-operated pizzeria slinging a fine selection of slices and pizza pies in Williamsburg. the interior is well-maintained and welcoming--it is a small space with a limited number of seats. Roebling Pizza is very much a neighborhood pizza spot and isn’t pretending to be anything else. you can rest assured the pizza here is good bc the pizza is for the people who live in the area…it is NOT relying on gimmicks, empty social media / influencer antics, and other forms of trickery to create illusions of grandeur.
stopped in here and thoroughly enjoyed a plain cheese slice. the pizza is a cross between a classic NYC pizza and Neapolitan pizza. my slices was served hot—and did not disappoint. the airy crust was thinnish but firm with some chew and crunch. this crust is where it’s at! a good layer of flavorful of sauce—that has careful balance of savory seasoning with a touch of a sweetness. the mozzarella cheese is nice and melty without being thick or stodgy. the pizza is a definitely made with quality ingredients—-how do I know? because quality ingredients have simple flavors that really sing through and that you can taste in each bite. also quality ingredients don’t give you a food hangover post-eating…which is a win in my book. plain pizza slice, $3 + tip
the staff is friendly and passionate about pizza. had a chance to chat with the owner who makes the pizza dough from scratch, and his hard work shows in how good the pizza turns out. the pizza here is a result of honest hard work and great artisan craft in the form of delicious eats.
New owner is great. He is still closed on Monday’s to rest so it feel way more personal singe he is always around. Pizza is very yummy! I love having pizza here. Would love to see some drink options. Such a kind and warm place to eat some of the best Brooklyn pizza!!
The best pizza in Brooklyn! I love it all, but I gotta give a special shout out to the crust. It’s so damn good I don’t want my slice to ever end.
Went to Roebling Pizza with a group a friends after seeing a show at Baby’s All Right, the owner was there and incredibly welcoming. We had a variety of Sicilian and regular slices, which we all thought were tasty. The best was the sourdough crust! So good. They take cards. We ate inside and were able to sit and chat for awhile since it was later in the night. Would definitely come back!
Excellent slices and if you're born in Brooklyn this is the type of slice you want when you're in the neighborhood. Old school, O.G. Low key pizza by the owner himself. Randy knows what he's doing.
