Wow! You can tell everything is quality and the owner told us why everything needs to be imported from different parts of Italy, to recreate the pinsa experience one would get in Rome, and boy does PinsaLab deliver. The crust is sweet, tender and amazing. The cheese as soft and delicious as you could want and the meat and veggies are tasty and flavorful. I highly recommend PinsaLab to anyone who wants quality ‘pizza’ in park slope and near Barclays center.

ITALY 🇮🇹 Eat the World NYC: Roman-style pinsa (not pizza!) has arrived in Park Slope and tries to tackle the New York City pizza scene head on. With about two dozen varieties to choose from and really good ingredients, these light and fluffy flatbreads should definitely be added to your normal rounds of slice eating.

Very good! I got the Ingorda pizza which had red onions, roasted red peppers, fresh mozzarella and sausage but I got it without sausage. I’m not sure if there is supposed to be red sauce or not because mine did not seem like there was any. Either way it was very delicious, tasted fresh and light. One personal sized pizza was $8 however if you order online all the pizzas are like $2 or $3 more than if you were to walk in. Great choice for a light dinner!

It's definitely a kind of pizza and it's absolutely delicious. It's a perfectly thin and crunchy crust with very high quality ingredients on top. I've had four or five now and they've all been great. The best one was a gorgonzola and smoked ham one. Very light and fresh and tasty food. Nice airy dining room too.

High quality food doesn't leave you bloated and you could eat multiple pies! It's very light and high quality ingredients imported from Italy. The workers there are very energentic. The place has a very dynamic theme ,you can also ask the workers to play a song that you like. Definitely recommend this place!

I am delighted to have discovered Pinsa Lab on 5th Ave in Brooklyn. The pizza is truly extraordinary with a perfectly baked thin crust and deliciously fresh topping selections. The proprietor is elegantly friendly and the dining atmosphere is tastefully designed and inviting. I highly recommend Pinsa Lab to my pizza loving friends.

A delightful and innovative pizza shop! Pinsa is a better tasting and healthier take on the pizza and trending in Italy right now! You will enjoy your personal Pinsa so much and won't feel weighed down/sluggish afterwards as one does with regular pizza. It's delicious! I like the Bresaola Pinsa most!

It's not pizza. It's pinsa. And the difference is in the dough. Pinsa has a mixture of flours, including rice flour. It mades it a lighter and crunchier. Come here for my first event and got to tried different kind of pinsa. All i have to say they are all good, you can go wrong with any. The ones with ham were my favorites. The place is small but very cosy. The service is excellent.

Delicious pizza lovingly created by the owner. Great to bring home too because you can reheat on the stove in just two minutes!

$10 for delicious personal pie pinsa— it's like pizza, but with dough that uses a different blend of grains, not just wheat, and takes 72 hours to raise.

Fresh, delicious ingredients made for a light yet satisfying meal. The owner clearly cares a lot about providing a top-notch product, and his hard work is paying off. It was so good I nearly ordered a second one to bring home!
