This is a super cute cafe/restaurant on Marcy Ave. The owner who runs the spot is so nice; she’s always willing to talk to you about the menu and make recommendations. The same is true for all the workers; they really seem invested in the restaurant and everyone’s experience. My go-to order here is the jerk chicken sandwich. The chicken is perfectly sliced and juicy. The bread is perfect; not too thick and perfectly soft (it won’t shred the roof of your mouth or take super human strength to break apart lol!). They grill the chicken at the restaurant, which is nice. In the past, I’ve had the side of cabbage which is good. All of the ingredients are locally sourced, so sometimes they run out of items, so I suggest getting lunch on the earlier side (circa 12) otherwise they may run out of what you want. The ONLY criticism I have is that everything is on the pricier side. The chicken sandwich is FIFTEEN dollars!! And it doesn’t come with any sides. I would love to come here more often, but can’t due to the price. I do feel good patronizing this spot but the prices are definitely up there.

I LOVE this cafe. Everyone who works here is an absolute gem. The food is homestyle comfort cafe food, meant to satisfy you but be nutritious. Smoothies are delicious. Cant say enough good things, but hesitate to because I don’t want my favorite place to be overrun!

We stopped in here the other day because we just live around the corner and immediately were greeted with “Welcome to the Cave. There’s no sand, no sea but it’s still a cave.” And we knew this was a hit. The food was tasty. The service was great. But, our favorite part was that it just felt like home. We will be back soon!

This is a jewel of the neighborhood. Incredible food made lovingly by a team of sweethearts. The vibe inside is so cozy, the menu is strong and there’s always an array of homemade desserts to choose from. Can’t beat it!

Great selection of food and drinks. The Jamaica coffee was great. Small selection of food, but is made to order. They also have baked goods. Some savory and some sweet. Small eating areas inside and out. It's definitely a place you can relax at.

I love everything about this place. The sandwiches are delicious and the pastries delightful, especially with one of their espressos. All the staff are friendly and thoughtful. And the space itself is homely.

Best latte I have ever had - and I have been all over this planet. An amazing breakfast place run with love and care, and food that is always a 10/10. I have found my new favourite cafe ever.

This lovely spot has been on my list for some time now. I headed over at 9 and found a spot before the regulars arrived. I was greeted by the owner/chef and immediately fell in love with the friendly atmosphere and jazzy vibe this morning. I ordered their breakfast sandwich, added spinach and avocados and wasn’t disappointed.
