Had a great time here especially with the snack provided. The little bite just keep on coming and I end up having a decent dinner. Not a fan of their special drink thou.
This place is a bit hard to see with lack of lighting outside and off the main Street. Interior design needs some more work and beside that everything went well.
Peter managed this event perfectly from pre event to post event. It is so nice to get an event with a link to write sometime about the event directly. Name tag is provide but I feel like it's better to just ask someone their name instead knowing before asking.
The special drink of the night is a bit too sweet for my taste. It ended up tasting like a really sweet fruit punch and I beg for some water instead. The snack provided are delicious. Corn all covered in mayo and coconut flicks I think is my favorite. Shrimp on a skew is a bit tasteless and weird. I love the wing.
The owner drop by us and he is such a happy person with positive attitude. Waiters are happy as well. I love the culture here.
The atmosphere, food and drinks were all amazing. Everything was so flavorful and the drinks were great. We went on a Saturday night so it went from a restaurant to lounge. The owner was very accommodating for our group and the staff were all very friendly.
Very nice place. They have a beautiful mural on the wall. They had a painting class going on. It was supposed to be poetry night but like I told my friend alot of they events start late. I had the cod fish fritters they were good but probably use more cod fish. A rum punch that was ok because I asked my waiter was there any rum.in it lol. He was very pleasant and attentive which was very much appreciated. I can see me coming back again. They happy hour is very good prices as well for certain items
Came for my birthday, and left happy and full. The live band didn’t play that night but I still enjoyed myself. Great food & Strong Drinks!
The Caribbean dishes was very tasty and the drinks are top shelf, live jazz band on Wednesdays
The food was very delicious. The flavors were well balanced and the food was hot and tender. The food was not salty which can be a problem in West Indian themed restaurants. The ambiance was laid back and our waiter was engaging and easy on the eyes. I would come back again during peak hours on a weekend evening to see the what live musical acts perform.

Went to a birthday party there on a Monday night and it was all that!!!! Owner was very present!!! Staff made you feel comfortable and service was timely. Food was oh so good and the drinks were on point!!! Had a great time and plan to return with some of my coworkers as it is close to our workplace.

We celebrated my father's 90th birthday in the Slope Lounge and Restaurant and it was a huge success! The owners were very helpful in assisting me with planning all the details of the event, from beginning to end. They were willing to work with my budget and made great suggestions on the little things that needed to be done to make this very special event even more special. Everyone had a great time! The food and service staff were excellent! The dishes that got the most praise from family and friends was the oxtail, mac and cheese, guava chicken and Mango salad. The cod fish fritters was also a huge hit with everyone. I highly recommend this establishment and wish the owners continued success with their business.
I was looking for a place to host my birthday brunch and came across The Slope Lounge. The staff was very welcoming and accomodating to the needs of my guests. The owner was extremely pleasant and personable to my party.
The bellinis and mimosas were very tasty.
I ordered the shrimp and grits and it was beyond delicious. It had a carribbean twist to it.
Overall i highly recommend dining at this restaurant.

Went there for a birthday party. The staff was really great! They were attentive and accommodating. The only thing that was better was the food! I'm not a big fan of jerked food but after eating the jerked salmon, I'm persuaded. The oxtail is also a winner!

The food was excellent! Made to order, friendly staff, overall great environment. Generous menu at reasonable prices. Definitely would come here again but next time with a group of friends, perhaps a ladies brunch.
The food was delicious. I came on the recommendation from someone and to support a local business. I'm happy I did. The owner Omari came over to introduce himself and to get feedback, he was very personable. The staff was very pleasant as well.
Had an amazing valentine's day here. The mussles in coconut soup was soooo good. Could've ate that all night. The staff was so sweet and attentive. Love the decor. And the drinks were on point. Couldn't have asked for more.
Really great space to hang out, grab good grub and listen to live music. Stick with simple drinks like wine because their mixed drinks are weak or there's an ingredient they're missing to make the drink you want. Parking around the area is limited so get there early or prepare to park blocks away.
