Soooooo good!! I ordered the vegan margherita with soppressata (their pepperoni) on whole wheat and it was DELICIOUS!! The crust was fluffy and crusty, unlike any other crust I’ve had. Also, super friendly staff and quick service (7:30pm on a Sunday).
I also ordered mandarin cake and it too was DELICIOUS! I can’t wait to come back and try more pizza and more desserts.

Yum!!! Mother Dough's pizza is like nothing I have ever tried. We had the barley pizza (pictured below) and the gluten free pizza. Both were incredibly light, while still also maintaining that satisfying crunch consistent with a traditional dough. We each nearly finished our entire pie, but wanted to save room for one of the pastries made by owner and head baker Elisa Rizzi. A healthy alternative to the weeknight pie is here. We will definitely be back soon!

The pizza is as good as it looks on the pictures. They offer three variations of whole wheat dough and high-quality toppings. The crust is thick but light and the service is happy like sunshine. It's not exactly in my area, but I will be going back.
I highly recommend Motherdough. The pizza they make here is unique. It has an extra fluffy dough and very tasty toppings, made from quality ingredients. The location is right in the heart of Williamsburg and the restaurant itself is very nice. You can see people cooking in what seems to be a very high-end/designer kitchen. The place is modern and the staff very nice. Desserts are all handmade and just as nice as the pizza. The main cook is actually a pastry chef from Italy with many years of experience! Great addition to the pizza scene in Brooklyn/New York.

Wow, the margarita pie with cooked prosciutto was great. A little pricey but each pie is enough for 1 person maybe 2. All organic ingredients. nice clean mom and pop authentic organic Italian pizza spot.
