Delicious burger, No brioche, cashier did not know the weight of the burgers, Burger patty is a thin spread out style patty as opposed to the thicker juicier Patty more suitable for cooking at different temperatures such as a medium which is the perfect juicy, fries were perfectly crispy, that two dollar craft soda machine was broken and I was handed a 12 ounce Coca-Cola instead. They did offer a free refills though which was pretty much additional cans of soda as requested. Angry mayo was nice to try and they did have other sauces available as well. One size fries were a generous portion that would feed two people. Plenty of different burger customizations. Didn’t care for the baby hand dryer in bathroom. Didn’t care for the kids TV show when no kids around. Cook(s) were heard cursing in Spanish and English. Brunette cashier in backwards cap 😍
My Texas burger was so good that I got a little too excited and accidentally impregnated it... 9 months later we welcomed twinburgers to the family but the temptation proved too much... I ate my delicious burger family.
We literally travelled 3 hours (round trip) from Midtown Manhattan to get this burger, cake fries, and the shakes and it did not disappoint. We come here EVERY time we come to NY.
Great Burgers. I came here about a year ago because I saw it on the profit. Nicely renovated clean friendly and delicious 🍔
Burger was excellent. Fries, onion rings and tater tots were great.
From the minute we walked in were were greeted and had excellent service and of course excellent food. Will return again!
Mr Sean “Burger Boy” Scotto crafted a marvelous artistic creation out of the fine dead cow carcass and delivered the item of human consumption in spectacular style with a wonderful smile on his face and a mustache staring into my soul
Excellent burger place! We went late afternoon on a Thursday. Restaurant was empty and we were the only ones there. The burgers were great!! I got the SB burger combo ($11) which included tater tots. My bf made his own burger ($9.50) and chose bison as the patty. Both burgers were tasty. The most important thing is that we did not feel icky or bloated afterwards. The burgers and tots were not oily at all. Love that! The server was nice and friendly. The restaurant has a unisex bathroom. Will return!
This was my second time at Standard the past 3 weeks. The burgers are consistent with plenty of options. The SB was terrific, perfectly cooked temperature, meat had great flavor and juicy, good size and perfectly melted cheese.
The service was really good and the staff were helpful. Also, took a chicken sandwich with angry mayo to go and it may be the best chicken sandwich ever..
Definitely a step up from a regular fast food joint, I'll be back soon!
Really nice burger place. Everyone who works here is super nice and there are plenty of options to customize your order. The quality of the food is about what you'd expect at this price point and the amount of food you get is crazy. It's like the collegiate edition of regular burger/fries order. Way too much for me to eat in one sitting, but that just means more for the next day. It's also right near the 86 st station, so it's pretty accessible even if you don't live in Bay Ridge.
Expect to pay about $10 per burger with fries. The service is good and you order your burger temperature specific. I've been here about 4 times and burgers were always great, the bad part is there's never anyone working in the milk shake section, but finally when a worker pops up the milk shakes are great. I've never tried their baked potatoes....but I like the concept of selecting my own potatoe. Never knew this place existed till I saw it on an episode of "the profit."
