Love this place. I eat here all the time. I think if you are open minded and willing to trust your pallete to anything on menu you are in for treat. I particularly love the Jawaneh (chicken wings) but do not forget the homemade garlic sauce and some Mousaka (eggplant dip)!!!so delicious and to die for..... plus the service is great. Recommend this place to anyone. See you there!
Great food, great prices, great atmosphere, definitely worth trying.
I had lunch with my friend today very nice place the food was good nice staff
Food was excellent: properly seasoned and tasty. The lamb was awesome. We want to come back and try other options. One trip is not enough. Come hungry! Service was great-attentive but sensitive to our need to have uninterrupted conversation. Music lent to the atmosphere. We will be back

Went to brunch yesterday and absolutely loved it. I will be back on my next trip
I passed by quickly but the atmosphere here looks amazing, definitely coming for dinner
Greatest middle eastern food in NYC. Highly recommended
Food was excellent! Definitly try it.
Great food at very reasonable prices. I had the brunch pizza (5/5), the falafel (3/5) and the sangria (5/5). Happy hour is on Sundays till I think 3pm. Ambiance is also nice and so is the service.
Brunch pizza (5/5) - really good middle eastern spices (Mint, cumin, etc.) combined with loads of gooey cheese, mushrooms, and eggs. A great hearty meal that tastes super good and is well priced for what you get (about $18). Not traditional at all but still great for brunch
Sangria (4/5) - great sangria with a very good amount of alcohol. A steal for such a low price during HH (like I think $6).
Falafel (3/5) - don't get this. It's hard and not very flavorful. I feel like they didn't fry it properly or it wasn't fresh.
What a great brunch spot! I really liked the zaatar appetizer dish. This is my first time trying this and it was so delicious. A lot of seasoning and flavor in this. I also had the Mediterranean omelette and it was plentiful. Also really liked the orange dip on the dish. It was savory and paired well with the potatoes
We came here for brunch and they were really nice. Ordered a variety of dishes and food was on point. The interior decoration is well done. The ambience allows you to transport yourself to a different time and place. Loved the couches in the back of the restaurant. Overall a great place to take friends and family. Food is a little pricey, but going there is worth the experience.
One of the best Mediterranean and fusion cuisine in Brooklyn. Their dips and mixed platters are amazing. Maybe next time would try their pizzas. Seating is casual and vibes are good.
This was a great brunch spot. The decor is so cute and love the table under the ceiling window. The dishes are unique and delicious. My friend got the bunch pizza that has an egg! A very shareable plate. The shakshuka comes with pita and hummus which makes it great for different options in every bite. The bellini was mixed well, but the refill time was not consistent at times. Get the coffee! It has notes of chocolate. No sugar needed. I would def return for another brunch day.
We stopped in while visiting NYC and enjoyed our experience at Dar525! The food was great and the server Sherif was top notch! He was kind and even brought us an extra dessert at the end. I would recommend to anyone!
This is truely one of the best Mediterranean restaurants in Brooklyn. The lamb sausage(Merguez) sandwich is just too good. The Dar mixed plate is a great choice to share and comes with plenty of sides for 2 maybe 3 people depending on how much you can eat. Their chicken shawerma grilled and full of flavor. Finally an arabic coffee with a slice of Basbousa to top off the meal. Go with friends and share the experience. The mood is worth it.
I wish I could give 10 stars!!! Because Dar525 really deserves that.
Went with my husband and a friend for dinner and we had such a great time.
Everything was top notch!
Beautiful restaurant with a cozy and cool vibe.
The Food was amazing and incredibly tasty and fresh. All dishes were mouth-watering! The staff is super friendly and attentive-it was such a pleasure meeting Jacob. He was just great and very helpful!
Thanks for the wonderful time and we will definitely come back.
Can’t wait to try more 👍🏻
One of my new favorite spots in Brooklyn. Found by accident, but a very lucky and happy accident. Will be back again and again their food was perfect. Busy lunch with one server and she did amazing we didn't wait long at all, second time in less than 5 days hope to be back soon. Telling all my people that live around there perfect for lunch or anytime. Thank you guys for making it an amazing experience.
Pretty nice atmosphere and good middle eastern food. Hummus could be more flavorful, missing garlic, lemon and tahini. Portions are bigger than expected. Persian beer that I had recommended by server was delicious!!!
