My friends and I went to this place after being recommended by one of our friend's parents. All of the food was really good and the chicken was literally falling off the bone! The plantains were sweet and soft, the meat and empanadas were also really good!! Definitely a recommended spot! We had a lot of food too!

The food was absolutely delicious!!! It was very authentic and I’m from Peru so I was impressed by the quality of the dishes. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. We came from NC to visit and went out for dinner with my local friends, they all enjoyed the food and drinks as well. The pisco sour was great and the lúcuma ice cream is an exquisite dessert that’s very unique. I totally recommend this place and hopefully we will be back again soon!!

This place has the absolute nerve NOT to have a location in the Bronx. The food was ABSOLUTELY FREAKIN' AMAZING! Showed up during opening time (12p) and it was nice and quiet. The green sauce...on point. Papa al la Huancaina...delicious. Anticuchos...savory and cooked to perfection (medium rare for us). Ceviche mixto...very, very tasty. The Beef Chaufa....flavorful without any kind of sauce (but the sauce does add more to the flavor). We were going to purchase some of their green sauce to take home, but they gave it to us on the house. It's totally worth the trip to Bath Beach, Brooklyn. HIGHLY recommend. 😍😋🤤🥰

Hidden gem across the 62nd police precinct. Who would have thought. It's hip enough with nice decor and music. The food is really good. $6 a beer is very reasonable, and they have a full bar. Chicken is very well made and super flavourful, maduros are not greasy, unlike Pio Pio restaurant. Dessert was Tres Leche and it was super fresh and moist. The picture is of ice cream dessert. We're coming back for sure!

The food was great. Our server Andrew did a great job and was very attentive. If your looking for a laid back atmosphere with strong drinks and great food, this is the place to be.

La Chacra is a gem in Peruvian cuisine and drinks. The food and drinks were great. The portions that were served were just right, not too much nor too little. The staff were attentive and helpful. My waiter was fantastic in recommending things and describing the specials of that day. The only nitpick is that the restaurant is a bit small but it's worth going.

Just wrapped up dinner with the wife and kids. The service and staff were very friendly and accommodating with the kids. We had some cocktails: pisco sour classic and pisco margarita were just the right balance of tang and sweet. We shared calamari, salchi papas, chicharon de pollo as apps. We finished with pescado frito, ceviche and lomo salado. If you’re looking for something different - hit up La Chacra!!

We arrived just after 9:00 pm. The restaurant was extremely crowded, however they had outdoor seating. The evening was beautiful and we were the only ones outside, but it was very peaceful. Andrew, our server was so friendly and very attentive providing great service. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was very nice. Can’t wait to come back with my daughter and enjoy a girls night out.

Peruvians have mastered rotisserie chicken and La Chacra shows this of nicely. The rotisserie chicken is cooked to perfection without being dry or greasy. Slather in the amazing ajiverde (green sauce) and you’re in heaven. The Chacra combo is a feast - whole chicken, avocado salad, yellow rice and beans, salchipapas (fries with hot dogs) and maduros (sweet plantains). Enough for 4 people or two very hungry Incas.

Never tried Peruvian. Very cute, unusual flavors for sauces, rice, fresh. Nice atmosphere, decor, didn't like music being loud though, bothered communication with partner. Good bar. I recommend it for Bensonhurst

We have been coming to this Brooklyn jewel for years and it had never disappoint us, the food its super fresh and exquisitely delicious worth our 1hr trip from Westchester everytime we visit my mother there. DO NOT MISS THE JALEA!!! Its one of the best I ever had and their traditional "pollo a la brasa" simply outstanding and saturated with and exceptional flavor that will just take your tastebuds to heaven. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the service lacks the magic of their food.
