Your typical Dunkin. Some seating, can use more cleaning. Usually less of a selection than you'd have elsewhere. Friendly staff, but periodic mishaps occur, like a latte without the twisted whipped cream, etc

1st time coming to this location and the lady forgets my Pumpkin šŸ© Donut. I called, explained how she forgot. She said No problem come and get my donut. That's Great customer servicešŸ˜

Kosher and good service! It would've gotten five stars if they would let customers use the bathroom like they used to.

Love how the staff knows the orders of their regular customers and have their orders already prepared

First the bad. Their regular coffee is not good. It's very weak. They're not making it right. I now always get the Latte, which is made with their Espresso. Now for the good. I go there may times a week with my elderly mother in a wheelchair. She makes some loud sounds at times. She has Alzheimer's. All the people that work there have been very understanding and nice to us.

Come here almost every morning and these ladies give me exactly what I ask for. I feel bad because they are obviously short staffed but even the manager steps in and takes orders. The one thing that makes me sick is how rude and nasty the people in this community are to these women over a cup of coffee. Some who come in regularly expect them to automatically remember what they ordered which is ridiculous. I took off one star because they donā€™t serve sausage since itā€™s in an Orthodox Jewish community which I think is stupid, if you donā€™t eat pork then just ask for the breakfast sandwich without it, and the bathroom is always locked thanks to the local bums. Keep up the hard work ladies it is appreciated :)

So this is my favorite dunkin, I place mobile orders all the time here. I find that dunkin is better than starbucks and I also enjoy the fact that my coffee is never always the same some may feel as this is a bad thing but its not it really adds a spice to my life.

I live nearby and I've gone to this Dunkin Donuts very frequently--in the mornings before going on the train, mid-day, late afternoons, evenings and nights before it closes, etc--sometimes more than once a day and sometimes several days in a row, so I feel like the years of going there have given me the experience and right to say that it isn't that bad. They have gotten my order wrong in the past (they'd mark "black" on the coffee cup and still give me a coffee with milk, sugar, and sometimes raspberry tea inside), but I think they've gotten better over the past few months (it's definitely worse on hotter days when they have more customers than usual). Perhaps it depends on what time you go. But generally I haven't had a raspberry tea-infused coffee as frequently in the past year. Also, a commenter here felt the need to single out the worker with the headscarf; that worker isn't that bad at all. She's just got a job to do. Also it's nice to go to a Dunkin Donuts where the workers aren't threatening, intimidating, or creepy as they are in some chains around Brooklyn.
