You could count on the music and the folks at Daddy's like no other place I've known in NYC. It was the place the musicians went to after playing the show, where you heard great stories from interesting people, where I sold a bunch of records when I had to move abroad....just felt like Home Base
Great drinks, dj's and fantastic jukebox.. the Bartenders are super nice. I love this place!! One of my favorite spots forsure!
The end of an era. I'll be missing you. Thanks for the good times.
This is hands down my favorite neighborhood bar, unless I really, really need a cheeseburger and sweet potato fries at Mothers!
You see hipsters, I see fun young people in creative fields who have a fashion sense. The people are friendly, the drinks are good, the vibe is edgy. Extra "Hey, We're Talking Real New York!" points for the bartender's totally convincing impression of a guy wacked out on meth. Loosen up, get smashed, and have an incredible time.
Sam is just so awesome, worth it just because SAM is awesome. actually all the bartenders are awesome . and hot dogs. and the fact that most shitty people who are / tourists / just moved to NY avoid the place . ask For the margaveza!
Used to be awesome, but they stopped serving hot dogs. Now it's just a bar that gets way too hot in the winter from the fireplace. Still nice though.

I love the atmosphere here. Drinks are great, nice crowd too. What more can I say!?
A nothing-special dive which is what made it so special. Closed now, but replaced with a comparable but more polished spot, Tom and Joan's.
Great place with friendly bartenders and great prices. A great dive bar.
Unfortunately closed now :(
Cool place. Went here for a few beers and thought it was chill.
