Not everyone's "local" Chinese restaurant is the bomb, but Annie's 88 Express most certainly is. I have a soft spot for the owner, Annie who originally had her first restaurant one block up on Nostrand for almost 20yrs. She shut down took a break and started again, because she missed us, her neighborhood peeps.
That's a Real staple in our Crow Hill/Crown Heights community!
The menu at Annie's 88 Express has stepped up, with lots of healthy options. The sit-down area is quaint and always clean. The kitchen is clean and they work fast as a team and the prices are right for the amount of food you receive.
Even the delivery is tight to your door and timely.
Best Chinese food spot in crown heights, Annie been in the area for more than 20 years, the food is good, consistent and the newer location is clean as far as the customer eyes can see. Delivery is fast, orders are fast. Don’t take it personal when it sounds like the lady is yelling at you over the phone, when you see her in person you’ll see that’s just her speaking voice lol ... I don’t go anywhere else! This place is it for Chinese food.
