Spicy chicken sandwich bun was hard. Also both hand soap dispensers in men's bathroom were out. No soap to wash your hands so how do employees wash their hands? Also ice machine sticks and ice shoots everywhere.
Normally food is surprisingly fresh for McDonald's. I only complain is they often will forget sauces or apple pies on occasion ):

My sandwich was not wrapped well and smashed. When I took it inside to complain, the manager on duty gave me attitude. Poor customer service.
