Basil Thai and Sushi is great for Thai food and OK for sushi. The Thai food is authentic if not a little Americanized. The sushi I experienced was not properly rolled and had a tendency to collapse. There tend to not be enough servers so expect long waits between drinks. The atmosphere is a bit too
Basil Thai is by far the best Asian restaurant in the area. The ambiance is so cozy, the servers are friendly and attentive, and the food is delicious. The vegetarian pad Thai is amazing!
So lovely!! We split the duck with a side of noodles and could not have been more full after. The sauces are wonderful and the duck was crisp and moist. It was extremely busy and still the service and food was quick and wonderful.
I had the shrimp green curry and a chocolate martini. The curry was flavorful and the shrimp were perfectly cooked. The martini was really tasty. Great server.

Go in with the expectation that there is a slightly longer than average wait between appetizer and entree, especially on weekends. That said, the sushi is delicious and service is exceptional. Worth the wait. Pictured here- drunken noodles with tofu.

I’ve been here twice recently. The service, quailing of food and prices are amazing. I strongly suggest the fried oyster roll and crispy Flounder Hibachi Bowl!
Nice atmosphere inside but we opted to sit outside to take in the city ambience. Spider Roll was very good. Also had the egg rolls which were a bit greasy and not a-lot if flavor. I will be back to try out other dishes.

Service not always 100% attentive but friendly. Fried rice was very good even though i will never understand why you serve a „fatty“ mayonnaise sauce along with it. Probably that’s just the American taste, as mayonnaise has nothing to do with this traditional dish
