From the 1st time that I walked in I was made to feel wanted & thanked for my patronage. Asking when I pick up my meal if there us anything else I need or let me know if it's not correct. Never the same people so I know they do really want to make people's experience there pleasant & enjoyable.
Good subs, fast food atmosphere, slow service.

This firehouse location is by far the best I've ever been to, the food was delicious, the service was fast friendly and very helpful and the dining room was clean .the best part of the experience was the manager on duty Britney you are awesome!!
Firehouse hasn't disappointed me yet. They are always fast friendly and have a clean restaurant. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Still giving 5 stars being that the only complaint I have is that I can never seem to place my order online for pick up . Other than that no other complaints food is great.
Very clean, excellent customer service and the food was perfect. Very friendly. I will continue to go back. Can't say enough about their food because it is sooo good!!!
Ordered through Door Dash, and had such an AMAZING experience/ meal that I actually called the store to thank them and applaud the special little extra-nice way in which they responded to my requests when I ordered! In addition to the remarkable service, my husband (who is not always fond of trying something new or different when it comes to his food), remarked that he believed this to be THE BEST SUB he's ever had! And I absolutely agree!
Improved since last review. Order was correct for the 1st time. Time waiting was longer than expected, else would have been 5 stars.
FYI: when I went online to put in my lunch order early (you know, to try to stay on top of things) I was unable to do so until they opened at 10:30 am in the morning & that was a Friday morning (so I'm forced to assume this time is valid all week long) so just keep that in mind. I love their Italian Sub! It's my favorite by far. The inside is open but you need to wear your face mask. There are restrooms located inside. The employees are always friendly & I love everything about this establishment especially the option of ordering online so I can run in, pick it up from the shelf, & go. So yummy, yet so too convenient (It's scary LOL).
