Night crew the best!!!! Anna, Haley & Cailee always attentive & great with customers. In the morning I was refused customer service & store was open according to the hours posted on the door. The girl’s hair haves a purple streak.
I normally don’t post reviews for chain restaurants because people usually have their own opinions already of these places. The other unfortunate thing is that people only post reviews when they have a bad experience. I had a really good customer service experience and want to recognize them for their service. Unfortunately I did not get the young lady’s name that served me, but she provided great service.
I love the Dunkin Doughnut staff they are outstanding always make my coffee to perfection my favorite stop!

So we ordered from the mobile for drive thru pick up, proceeded to the window and were we greeted with not so friendly staff member. She handed us a bag with our donuts in it and the chocolate frosted one was upside down in the bottom of the bag. Now another very friendly staff member brought us our coffees, she was super nice and attentive, she even apologized for our wait as she brewed fresh coffee for us. Honestly she saved the day for this visit.
We stopped for fuel on our way to Florida. Both the shell station and Drunken donuts were excellent. Employees were excellent extremely helpful and courteous. I found it to a huge step above the usual service centers. Employees were very polite.
Went for ice cream but it was really good and the employees were very friendly...
We ordered 4 wake up wraps and a coffee thru the deive thru. We were in and out quicker than any other dunkin I've ever been too. Food and coffee were fresh and hot.
