Never toast subs even when I call to let them know I'd like mine toasted since the app doesn't have that selection for Flatbread. Every single time I order it comes not toasted.

This was my first bad experience. We ordered 5 subs and all of them the bread was barely cooked. It was disgusting. Not sure if we will order again but they really need to make sure the bread is done. Yuk!!!
