Excellent menu choices, tasty food along with exceptional customer service. You can't go wrong with this Tgif, once done with your meal. You can head back to Knotts to walk it off. Clean dining area, clean outside patio. Highly recommend this restaurant👍
So it started out like a train wreck 10 minutes before anybody saw us and then Julia the manager came Save the Day made us wonderful drink personally took our order apologize and continued to serve us throughout the night while we watch the Lakers game she is a real gem
Food was pretty good overall. My steak was underdone, but we had waited about 45 minutes for the food I was too hungry to send it back. When it did come out the food was hot: it seems the kitchen is understaffed...perhaps well understaffed. Our server, Daniel was overworked as well, but was very friendly and tolerated my pokes well. The manager came around to take plates and I told her about my steak and she took off 10% of the bill. Overall very positive experience. They just need more people.
TGI Fridays never disappoints when it comes to a delicious meal! To anyone who has yet to know this restaurant, I'd recommend the Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, you can never really go wrong with them. I personally enjoy their fish and chips!
My main complaint is being served my salad with my meal instead of being served my salad to eat during the time my meal was being prepped and service could of been much better since it wasn't busy and I was asked in this review to contact you only to get nowhere but a case# for my complaint so I will definitely not be patronizing this location or any other Tgi Fridays ever again
Well deserving of a 5 star, mostly due to the amazing service my group experienced. Big shout out to Nancy, our amazing server that made our first visit to Knott's Berry Farms really memorable. It truly capped the night off after spending hours in the park. Service was fast, food was delicious, and our server was a delight!! Will definitely be back!!!
Food and drinks were par excellence but they sure are pricey!
While taking a break from rides part of our group wanted a mixed drink and fresh French fries. This tgi Friday is a quick 3 minute walk out the gate and we spent 5 minutes getting back into the park. So no major time lost from enjoying rides. The bar is full service so we could get food and just about anything to drink quickly. Definitely will keep this in mind as a quality option for drinks and foods when visiting the park.
Our server was Asia, she was very professional and attentive ensure drinks were full and everything was okay. I ordered the flat iron steak, it was alittle over cooked, not sure if I would order this again, the cook cuts the steak in large thick slices,
It would be better if sliced on the thin side. The appetizer loaded potato twist was fantastic! I would order this again, it's very delicious 😋. Bbq ribs were great as always, burgers cooked perfect! We had 10 in our party and everthing was very good, except the flat iron steak (4 stars)Thanks again Asia for the great table service!! Your the best !! 5 stars for you.
Went there for a birthday dinner 1/13. Sterling was our server, excellent service and the food was good. Very attentive. Would go back next time we visit Knotts.
