I just have to say how awesome The Melting Pot always is. We've always had spectacular service (shout out to Everett) and always make reservations for a table with multiple burners. My husband and father even enjoy it. Totally worth the price for the experience. Always do the four course. Mojo and Red wine cooking styles. The strawberry salad without blue cheese is simple and satisfying. Teriyaki sirlion and lobster are my favorite proteins. They are always willing to work with substitutions. (I dislike the chicken) and any chocolate is a fantastic end to the meal. Treat yourself and come. The pretzal bread is perfect for the cheese and I'm loving the new waffle pieces. We will be back again and again..
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The 4 course meal is roughly $50 a person but the experience is worth it. The meal lasted two hours (roughly 30 mins per course) and was paced nicely, we never felt rushed to leave. At first I was skeptical of cooking the meat myself but was presently surprised on how much I enjoyed it and had fun. The atmosphere is very tranquil and overall I believe it is an amazing place to treat yourself. I hope to return soon.
Last night my wife and I came to the melting pot to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary, our table was set up with a card, scroll , picture frame and a rose upon arrival. The atmosphere was great and the food was outstanding!! we will defiantly recommended the melting pot to friends and family! A huge thank you to our server ,Matt, he was attentive, funny and made our night even better. He recommended some items to us and his choices were fantastic!

Went to the melting pot tonight for dinner! Food was excellent, however, the service was phenomenal! Our server Justin was extremely welcoming and personable. Had a great experience all around!
Martin was our waiter and he was great. Very engaging and personal experience the manager came to our table twice which was wonderful and brought us a beautiful plate with a heart shaped rice Krispy and writing for our anniversary. The food was outstanding. The only problem was when we got to our booth the floor was extremely sticky but once we told the manager he expressed his apologizes and took off an item from our bill. It was a wonderful experience that I would recommend.
One of the best meals that I have ever had, the food was incredible and the service provided by our waiter Nathan was top-notch, we will definitely be back!
Great meal! I have never had fondue with raw meat and veggies! It was a lot of fun!
The only thing I would say is a little more dessert fondue in the pots. Everything was delicious!

One of my go to places for an experience of a meal, either with friends or a date. Kind of pricey so I always go when they have a deal. Two for Tuesday’s 2/$12 cheese, drinks, and chocolate but only if you eat at the bar, but still a great price. My girlfriends and I are always using an excuse to go!

Went to the Melting Pot for the first time January 12, 2018. We loved it! In all our years of dining out, our server was at the very too of the list. Shaunna explained the entire process thoroughly, she was informative, friendly, professional, attentive, funny & helped make our evening even more enjoyable. We will be returning & when making reservations, we definitely will be requesting Shaunna!
Madison was our server and she was awesome! She mentioned that she was new, but I would have never guessed, had she not mentioned it. It made her even more impressive. We, my fiancee and I, visited during the endless fondue event. I felt as though I was being difficult in my ordering, by requesting 3 different servings of cheese and then requesting only Filet for me and only Teriyaki for the fiancee, but Madison didn't bat an eye. She made us feel as though we were her only table that night. A quick glance would show that we very clearly weren't her only guests and that she was quite busy. We were stuffed to the brim and we couldn't possibly eat chocolate, so we requested to do it another day and after speaking with the manager (Jim?), she came back with vouchers for use at a later date. Madison is the epitome of excellent customer service. Keep her around. Thank You, Madison. Thank You, Melting Pot Buffalo.
We had a large party with 3 children and it was SO great! The server was awesome and the whole experience was amazing! We will definitely be going again!

I went to celebrate a promotion with my husband. Our waiter was excellent and very friendly. Very attentive and appreciated the fact that we had time between meals. Loved the endless fondue!
