This is the best Chinese restaurant in Buffalo, and is better than most in NYC as well! The food is always fresh, prepared with great skill, and nicely presented. I rate it with the best of the food I ate in China. However, if you are in a rush, go elsewhere. Nothing is sitting on steam tables ready to go.
Amazing to me that anyone would give it less than five stars.

We had a very good meal with enough leftovers for at least another.

Ming Café is cozy and has variety on the menu. The noodle dishes are so flavorful.
You can tell each dish is made with care.
If you don't like onions, let them know if you order sweet and sour chicken.

Never know when they will be open or closed. I heard some good reviews. We use to go to May Jen but they closed for Good I think. Too bad. But I went to Ming`s for take out. Got one order of beef and broccoli and one order of mango chicken. Plus two spring rolls. It shocked me that it came to $45 dollars. Wow!! So I paid and took the food home and ate it. If I could give just the food a rating, I would give it 5 stars. Very delicious. Fresh and good size. But the price was a bit too much for me. So only 4 stars.
