This is the best cake I’ve ever eaten. I’m still dreaming about it.
I ordered a two tier wedding cake, white with cassata filling, and 200 cupcakes for my wedding on 9/16/17, chocolate/chocolate, white/white, yellow/chocolate, and strawberry/ champagne. Each with a candy heart with an R on it.
My cake and cupcakes were gorgeous and so delicious that I didn’t even have any leftovers. None!

Caramici's provided my wedding cake, which was absolutely delicious and memorable!! One of the best parts of the day, aside from marrying my husband of course. �Since then, she has baked cakes for special birthdays in my family. I'm planning on ordering from her for years to come. Very worth the money!
Caramici's made all of the cakes for our wedding. We had a two tiered cake for our table and then 17 other cakes for each table. Everyone loved them-each and every unique flavor was perfect!!
The sesame seed cookies are out of this world!!! All of the cookies are the best in the city, hands down!!

Diane made us an amazing wedding cake three years ago. She also remembered me when I called for an anniversary cake. I was so moved when I saw that anniversary I cried and hugged her. People still talk about our cake to this day. Do yourself a favor and hire her to make your wedding or any other cake. You won't regret it! Thank you!

This hidden gem of bake goods is hidden inside the old Philips Sheridan elementary school. Entry in the back, it'll seem like an adventure to a treasure of sweets. Climb the stairs and go down the short hallway and hang the first left and eureka! Cookies, pastries, and more. The cannolis are probably the best I've had. Consider going all in and order a cake, her cakes are off the chain
I'd recently ordered a Cassata Chocolata for my mom's birthday, and I'm so glad I did. So light, moist, and full of flavor! I normally find a lot of cakes to be overwhelmingly sweet but this one was just perfect. Even my fiancé who doesn't like cakes thought this was really good! And Diane was such a sweet person to chat with. :) Give this bakery a try if you haven't already!

First of all, the cake was beautiful and delicious, which of course is key. But even more importantly, Shayla was incredibly helpful. I had no idea where to begin when ordering a cake and she walked me through it patiently. Also, the decoration request was not run of the mill but she nailed it. Too many bakeries can make a good cake, but the customer experience at Caramici’s sets it apart.
Traveled to Niagara Falls for my wifes birthday. Contacted Caramicis Bakery to have a cake made for her.
The people were so easy to work with. That had a complete understanding what I was wanting for my wife. I sent them a picture of the Calla Lilies that I wanted on top of the cake and they delivered the perfect decoration.
The cake was very moist and light.
I ordered the lemon chiffon and it was absolutely delicious!!!
