Great experience! Janelle is the best. She was super extra nice and professional. She went out of her way and went above and beyond to make our experience awesome. Pizza was good too, as always! Dessert pizza is really good! Salad is always fresh. Will definitely be returning.
If you want to take a bunch of kids out for food, this is a great place. It's kid friendly (the floor plan is open so you can keep the kids in view at the buffet, at the drink station, and in the arcade), budget friendly, and clean. **If you're looking for gourmet pizza, a night out with your sweetheart, or a place to take a valued client - this is not the place for you** The employees are your typical blend of young high achievers and students resentful of having to work. Most are happy to help and to make what ever kooky type of pizza you request. Many will go out of their way to make the kids happy and take time helping them understand which prizes they can buy with their hard-earned arcade tickets. When we have a gaggle of kids to feed, this is our first choice.

Alex and his team are the best! If you want real customer service, go in and find out for yourself. This location has changed and is without a doubt, the best when it comes to the staff and management. I dare anyone to go in and prove me wrong. But please do not go in with this idea that you are better than any person working at this facility. If you are an arrogant snob that thinks everyone owes you something and you have anything but a humble attitude, do not show up here. If you let your children run wild like YOU own the place and think the staff here are your personal baby sitters, don't show up here. If you cannot politely point out any problem you may possibly encounter and show the proper amount of patience and forgiveness, do not show up here. You'll ruin the experience for the rest of us who truly appreciate great customer service. You get what you give. And if you give Alex and his team the best, most humble attitude, you WILL get the same in return from everyone here. These guys are awesome and know what real customer service looks like. I guarantee it!
