No matter how I order my complicated drinks, they always get them right, always in a timely manner and are always kind and respectful. Plus there is a ton of different spaces to sit and hang out or do work; the layout is also very open and very accessible (I'm a wheelchair user). Love this Starbucks!
Super fast. Ordered in the parking lot. By the time I got in there it was done.
Used the drive-thru. The order was quick and correct. Barista was friendly. I go to this specific location frequently.
The barista's are always friendly and helpful. If I don't know what I want they always make good recommendations.
Line was quick today. Great service.
I love Starbucks, but the reason for 4 Stars at the Butler, PA location, they never allow the mobile order thru the Starbuck'S app... that's unacceptable, but I'm sure Corporate Starbucks doesn't care since there is always a line around the building for the drive thru
This "Starbucks" in my books is THE BEST:-) The staff is absolutely fantastic and amazingly bright, cheerfully professional at their job!! So, if you need a shot of coffee or something to eat give them a try. Especially the Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino 😋:-]

They always make my mocha perfectly! I go here a few times a week and I'm never disappointed!
Always offering great service, and they work hard to make the moment right! The people below crying about weird hours forget that retail workers are very much human and are susceptible to illness, as well they forget that we are still in a PANDEMIC! Maybe putting two and two together will help you figure out how that all correlates. :) Anyway, I enjoyed my visit.
Sorry for the low rating but compared to the ones in New York, this one was subpar.
The place was great. I love stopping by any time I'm in town. My only complaint is the atmosphere of the sitting areas. It's very bland.
