I had a steak dish served with a stuffed green chilli. The food was excellent. The wait was a little long but our server recognized the delay and topped off our wine as we wait at no cost. The appearance of both the meals and restaurant were very nice. It was a bit pricey but overall it was worth it!

We have dined at Johnny's twice in the past month, and the food is truly outstanding. The filet mignon with mushrooms was the best steak and mushroom dish I have had in at least five years...since the Martini House in St. Helena closed. This is a great new "reinvention" in Calistoga and well worth your time and dollars.
The food was wonderful! The menu offers so many options. It is going to be fun exploring all the tastes. The decor is classy yet very comfortable. The service was great. We had dinner in the dining room, but I can't wait to try the bar side. I hear the sliders are to die for!
Best breakfast in town! Everything on the menu is fantastic! If you don't at least stop by for a pork belly slider you are missing out.

This was an unexpected treasure. We were walking down the main street of Calistoga on Lincoln and found this charming restaurant. They have really spent some time caring for their charcuterie selections. My small group couldn't wait to try them in addition to their recommendations for the cheese pairings. Every bite was a delight. Dinners were met with enthusiasm as well. Steaks were cooked to our expectations and the recommendations for wines with dinner completed that course. Desserts were gleefully consumed. Fresh ingredients throughout the meal, careful attention to details made this our favorite of the whole weekend. Truly excellent.
My new husband and I visited Johnny's while on the first part of our honeymoon. I have to say that not only was the food amazing and drinks perfect, but the hospitality was truly outstanding. Ian and Luigi are great and not only give great service Ian gave great recommendations of things to do and see. We loved it so much we ate there both days we were in Calistoga, once at happy hour and once for dinner. We will definitely come back to this gem.

My husband and I always stop at this establishment when we are in the area. If the food and drinks don't win you over, then the hospitality will. Warm, friendly and always knowledgeable. Oh- and the happy hour. It's THE HAPPY HOUR. We will definitely keep returning!

My bestie and I decided to give this place a try today. We like to try places we've never been. The courtyard was lovely, the staff friendly, and my food was delicious. I had the crab risotto and it was phenomenal. Creamy, slightly tangy, and nice large chunks of crab. My friend had the hamburger. She wasn't super happy with it. She said it wasn't worth the money paid for it, and $2 extra for a little slice of cheese was outrageous. So, one star off for her being unhappy. We also had tater tots. They were so crispy! I would absolutely come back again. My food was delicious. I thought the price point was fair for being in the Napa valley.
Great local pub. Had the fried pickles it was amazing and so was the surf and turf burger. Chatted with the owner for a bit. Cool little bar to watch sports enjoy an adult beverage and get some food.
Great central location. Food was yummy. Actual anchovies in my Caesar Salad. Cocktails are strong and delicious. ☺️

Fantastic!! Happy hour is A-MAZING! The sliders, omg.. do yourself a favor and get one of each. You will not be disappointed. In fact, you won't be disappointed with anything you order. We practically ordered one of everything off the menu and were pleased with everything... wide selection of drinks too. Ask Luigi the bar manager to make a bartenders choice. He asked us a few questions to see what our interests were and whipped something up that was devine! Mike the manager and Luigi are the definition of hospitality and customer service. Be sure to check out this gem!

By far the best tomato soup we've ever had. The bar tender was super fri ndly, good conversation and wine recommendations. We tried the beef carpaccio and raw oysters as well.

Sunday Breakfast ton a wet day turned out fantastic. great service. food and friedly staff. eggs to order.. avacado toast topped with Irish coffee.
The breakfast wrap was great, I even swiped some of my son's sandwich. Fast and Hot food even Tv's for my Saturday Morning College Football fix.
Very good food last night, friendly staff. We ordered the Cubano, which was good but kinda wish the french bread was pressed like a traditional Cubano. The side of tots with cheese and chili was very good. We also ordered the tomato salad which was very good but seriously missing an appropriate amount of mozzarella, should have been about half the price for what was on there but the flavor was good.

Great place for breakfast and lunch. 8 have been eating at this location for 32 years.
They’ve got this Porter from a local Calistoga brew that tastes like the best milk stout I’ve had. As a dark beer connoisseur, I admit I’m very impressed. Their happy hour prices are half normal prices, which seems like a steal, especially just moving from San Francisco. I’ll become a regular here.
