**A must read!!** I ordered 45 $5 cravings boxes on Thursday for pick-up on Friday for work, and the manager, Timothy, meet us in the parking lot!! It was interesting because I'd just received news of my father's passing and before I could react, Timothy was motioning to us...I let my window down and he asked we're we there for the big order. I said yes and he said you can park right here and he'll bring everything out. Mind you, I'd also requested pick-up time to be 12:15PM and it was 12:20, but they were ready and waiting on place! Timothy made paying a breeze, while on the phone with Kathy (the manager I'd placed the order with on Thursday) and because he was new, she talked him through the steps of our tax exempt form. She was at her doctor's appointment and took time to help him help us! I was so overwhelmed with how good service was that it was the perfect distraction after hearing the news about my dad because the people were waiting to eat and the show must go on!! And go on it did!! My coworker Kirk was making all the fountain drinks as my phone kept ringing with people sending condolences and checking on me. Everything seemed to be happening so fast, but that's what I needed! Timothy pushed the food out on a cart and helped put it in the van! We even got freezies out if the deal...so yummy!! Thanks Tim, you rocked it out!

While I don't eat fast food often, I must say Taco Bell is real delight! The food quality, friendly service and attention to detail makes this location a fine choice! Keep up the good work!
