The experience I had in this restaurant was excellent. The cashier was very friendly and attentive, he gave a fast and pleasant service. Plus the food was delicious and hot. The restaurant is very clean and the prices of the combos are affordable. I recommend it!

***Update*** The store manger (Austin) called and apologized for the incorrect order and offered to redo the order free of charge. Went today and everything was perfect. Thank you Austin for the great customer service!!! Ordered 8 chili hot dogs. 4 with just chili and 4 with chili, onions, & mustard. Employee came out and advised the order truck didn't bring hot dogs on the day it came so they only had 4 hot dogs. She offered me to choose 4 other items from the menu and apologized. Got 4 burgers. Got home and there were only 3 chili dogs, not 4. All had cheese (we're lactose intolerant), no onions, and no mustard. I've attached pictures of the hot dogs (the 1 with mustard is from my wife putting it on at home before I could get the picture) and receipt. So word of warning when visiting this location on Tyndall Parkway.

Short: Food was good, service and crew were excellent, dining room 4 of 5. Long: Eating here today was such a relief. I was beginning to think I was becoming bitter lately with all the terrible service at local restaurants. It seems that most places on this side of town are better off skipping and being hungry or driving 20-30 minutes out of the way. But the crew here on Wednesday 9-7-22 between 7 and 8p really deserve a darn gift card. The food was alright, but they know how to treat people and actually treat them that way. Polite, smiling, friendly. Not just to customers, but to each other. Granted, it wasn't super busy so maybe not as stressful, but it was steady and I think they'd be alright on worse days. I hope they see this and know I wish I could give extra stars. And I hope the GM and\or Regional manager sees this and gives them a personal thank you. This location is hiring, and if I needed a job I wouldn't think twice about working with this group. I might look forward to going to work. I hope this review finds you all sooner rather than later and know you made someone genuinely happy to be your customer.

We dined in and had a great experience. Food and service were both wonderful! We'll be back again for sure.

I liked the fact that the burgers were hot. But the fries stayed under the heat lamp for 25 minutes then the order came out. We asked for ice creams to come after meal. They brought them before. Way under staffed because we were the only 3 in there at that time. More came in after. It's just to long to wait when your running in to grab a bite real quick doesn't apply here. But food was good.
