This place was incredible! 2/3 of us were vegetarians, and we were really delighted with their vegetarian options. We got vegetable dumplings (with lentil soup) and then a mixed vegetable dish, and an eggplant potato dish. The eggplant dish was probably our favorite - it had a really flavorful sauce. The mixed veggies were also delicious and fresh tasting.
I love going there for my taste buds deserve this delicious food all cooked differently. A palate of tastes. I always recommend it to tourists because it show's Boston in the best way.
Ever since I took my friend Thompson there he now goes with me every few weeks.
This is one of my favorite restaurants. Always delivers a delight to the taste buds.
Truly an amazing dining experience. Bringing culture to my life, with extreme hospitality. Can't wait to return to taste the amazing food and excellent service.
I loved this place. It was a hole in the wall and a friend took me and another friend took me to this place again—that’s when I realized I should’ve been coming here on my own this whole time. The food is really good and the atmosphere is cozy and conversational. The vibe is casual so I’ve often seen people eating in big groups or people just come and get a loan to eat by themselves which I loved. It’s always nice to get a diverse range of people in a restaurant and to see that people are so comfortable enough with themselves to eat by themselves and not feel judged by the restaurant was great to see. The service is great and the food I can’t stop raving about the food. So good! Highly recommend!
Dhiki’s restaurant Rangzen Tibetan Place is absolutely one of my favorite places to visit. I usually get a lamb entree, momos, and a mango lassi. Attentive service, calming atmosphere, and delicious, fulfilling food hard to find elsewhere. The sauces that come with the momos are incredibly flavorful.
Excellent traditional lunch experience. Ambience is really nice. Have ordered takeout before and decided to try dining in this time, was not disappointed at all. Will go back for the buffet sometime. The owner was super nice to talk to as well
Would give it six stars if possible. Absolutely delicious. I had the beef with eggplant…the beef was tender and the sauce was very nice. The dumplings were also very good. Can’t wait to be back.
My first experience with Tibetan cuisine and it was fantastic.
Got the langsha shoo and phaksha deyngo, and both were amazing. The spices weren’t too exotic, and they were somewhat similar to Mongolian dishes. The beef dish especially stood out as it went really well with a side of white rice. Its combination of tomatoes, onions, potatoes, and beef seemed basic, but it was absolutely on point. Would love to be back to try their momo and some of their other offerings.
This was our first time having tibetan food, and our meal was so good. The atmosphere is cozy and on point, helping you absorb a bit of the culture. We choose a lamb momo (dumpling) and traditional beef dish, and they were delicious with great portions. Friendly staff. Definitely coming back
I like this place a lot. I've gotten takeout here and also eaten inside, and the food is delicious with fair prices, especially for the quality and care which is put into the experience. Eating inside is a special treat since it feels so calm and peaceful inside, and it sometimes even makes me all introspective like I want to examine my own life, look at myself and think: how can I be better? What can I do to make the world a better place? How can I finish this insanely large PORTION-SERVING of delicious Tibetan food? Indeed, I appreciate the taste and portion sizes of this big beauty. Almost overshadowed by the neighbouring Pepper Sky (which is a giant of Cambridge Asian cuisine which, to be sure, can't be ignored) this Tibetan place deserves a spot at the table too.
Ordered beef mono for takeout. The soy sauce was a bit salty but everything else was great.
