Terrible experience. This establishment is inadequate, unprofessional, and can’t get an order right. My order was a 4 piece spicy chicken meal with a biscuit, with Cajun fries, along with a regular red bean and rice. My chicken was hard and cold. My biscuit was cold. And to top it off, they did not
Chicken strips are going down hill. Fantastic biscuits, Mac & cheese and fries. Got the drinks wrong but still very polite and nice the complete time. We'll be back regardless, just hoping for better food as usual.
Went to this restaurant yesterday. The lady with a grey color shirt kept cursing left and right. Didn't care that there were customers there. She was eating while preparing orders, then proceeded to pick her teeth and not change her gloves as she continued to get orders ready. Absolutely disgusting!
This place gets worse and worse every day. It used to be a good restaurant now they can't get an order write my last 2 orders have been completely wrong. You ask for 5 piece chicken I got tenders that are dried out and stale the sides are half of the container I will attack pictures as proof.

A lot of the fast food restaurants in this area have been having a hard time keeping things together with staffing issues and things like that but they never seem to have any issues. Food is always fresh and orders are always accurate!
Went there because we love Popeyes. We got a tender meal and got mac and cheese for our side. It wasn't in the bag. So I went back in and told shanta and see said she did. Then she told a customer that I know I put that in there. I think she was very rude. Will never go there again.

Like many Popeyes restaurants, this one didn’t have enough chicken to fill the order. Used mobile app (Huge Mistake)! Orders can’t be canceled or refunded. Have to contact corporate to get my money back. Employees not helpful in any way.
