Came and decided to try the Chicken Chulupa which was really good. I wasn't sure about it but I am so glad I tried it. I also got the watermelon lemonade slushy I think and my daughter got the blue raspberry one as well. Everything was very good.
Absolutely the best taco Bell I've ever been to. Everyone is friendly and they take care in what they make. Really hope it stays that way

After a recent bad experience at the Waterloo Taco Bell, I had a great experience at this location! Drive thru was fast, the employee was very friendly, and the food was delicious. Probably the best tacos I’ve had from a Taco Bell!

Staff is quick and serve the food hot. The food is never a mess like at other taco bells and the dinning area is clean, modern, and comfortable. I didn't give five stars because when you go through the drive thru they usually forget to pack something that was ordered. Other than that, the food looks good and taste good.
I always have great service at this Taco Bell. I don't ever recall them messing up my orders, unlike other Taco Bells in the surrounding areas. The staff is always friendly.
The customer service here is spectacular. Every time I’ve been to this location the person taking my order in the drive thru is always cheerful and very nice. This location could probably smash everything and give me the wrong stuff and it would still be top tier compared to the Geneva location. I recently wrote a review for that location.. ugh.. awful. I wish the Canandaigua location was closer. Definitely recommend this location.
Great service and food and quick for how long the line was after the show. The gal at the window was amazing.
Admittedly, we go to this taco bell often and always have a good experience! Service has always been quick to take our order, never have to wait long, and food is 'better than typical" taco bells. They do not skimp on taco/burrito portions as we have seen at other locations.

Service was so-so with the exception of not receiving one of the items that we had purchased for take-out. Did not realize it was missing until we were already home and wasn't going to drive back to get it.
Taco Bell There are only so many reviews that can be placed on this location. A mojority of the purchases appera to be completed via the drive -thru. The greeter and staff have always been friendly and helpful. Typical wait time is 3-7 minutes. Parking lot is clean, however the enterance can be a little tricky.
Review Update. I have returned to this establisment the past weekend and had a fantastic experience. I was traveling with my fur child and therefore used the drive thru. The staff was fantatstic and provided exceptional service and a SPECIAL treat for my fur child (puppy). Thank you
I only gave 4 stars we had to wait over 5 mins to be waited on we were only ones at counter. Manager who was in freezer doing inventory came up waited on us she was very nice apologize and gave a free item for waiting so long.
