His ability to judge wines for potential long term storage. And his ability to pick wines at a price point approachable by many yet provide an experience of much more expensive wines. Come into Vinoteca and say hello. You will be greeted by the owner and customers alike. Make some new friends.
Great find. If you prefer a wine that's out of the ordinary and not something for the masses this is the place for you. Be prepared, no wine list. Give the owner ideas on grape, style, area, and the age you prefer he'll have something to suit your tastes.
beautiful place and the owner was very welcoming. Not a "list" of wines to read so was a little confused, but we were pleasantly surprised at the owners knowledge and let him guide us to the right wines.
