Such a fun restaurant, food was on target. Try the grouper and rib eye, delicious, along with the loaded garlic mashed potatoes! Not your thing, menu has something for everyone! Service was outstanding, ask for Tina!! Definitely returning here!

It is always a great time at the Monkey Bar. You can't beat the happy hour drinks, the food (fish tacos and deep fried banana) and prices. Great service by Justin and the other Bartenders đź‘Ź.
This place had delicious food and great service. The drinks are made a little weak in my opinion & there was live music the night I was there. Most of the crowd the night I was there was a little older of a crowd. They have indoor and outdoor seating and a big bar area
We ate inside because we were wanting a quiet dining experience. Many times we sit outside & enjoy the party atmosphere & live music, when they have it. Best of both worlds!
Food is delicious! Our favorite is the Grouper Bites appetizer & the soup. Drinks are great! Great place to bring out-of-town guests!

Not our first time at the MONKEY BAR, and won’t be our last. We go here for lunch when we want to cross the bridge. All our entrees were huge and delicious. I had the best chicken wings, plump, crispy with a yummy garlic honey sauce. Another i our party had a grouper entree, she said was best she’s had. Great attentive service.
Great, fun atmosphere with live music outside. The inside dining had a touch of class but comfortable. The food was a lot better than we all expected. The only issue was our waiter. He was late for taking our order, bringing our appetizers at which point he said he would THEN put in our entree orders. It was 55 minutes from order to table. Same thing with the checks. Told us twice he would start our checks and took a long time to get them to us. Notwithstanding these issues, it was a good and exciting experience.
Food was good. Wait staff was great. We ate inside as we didn't wanted to be able to talk. Outside was a karaoke party. Looked fun.
Food is amazing! Best Boom Boom sauce and shrimp in Florida hands down. The Monkey Bread was also fabulous. Service was great. Our waitress was super nice and fast. Atmosphere was great BUT DON'T GO ON A WEDNESDAY NIGHT...AKA KAROKE NIGHT lol. We didn't know it was karaoke night tonight and no one can sing...like everyone that went up to sing was terrible and if I knew it was karaoke night I wouldn't gone lol. No offense to the bar...but everyone that went up to sing....was horrible, like ear aching aweful lol. Kinda ruined the Atmosphere lol. Other than than, the place is awesome, just don't go on karaoke night.
The salmon was great. The salad was fresh and lovely with the vinaigrette. The key lime pie was just amazing.
Breeze was performing while I was there and he is a great artist. Entertaining, great voice, and impressive style range. I will be visiting here again if I'm ever in town.
My server was friendly, attentive, And kept my tea glass full.
Went here for the first time for my mom's birthday. The staff were amazing. The food was even better. I will definitely be stopping in again when I'm in Florida again.
This was a surprise. The front of the building is an outdoor bar and there was live entertainment the night we went. We ate in the dining room and it was fairly quiet and insulated from the outdoor bar. The service was great and the food was amazing. The prime rib was cooked perfectly. The others in our party had a mixture of seafood and other dishes and everything was fantastic. The appetizers were delicious. Don’t judge this place from the outside because you will miss out.
We had a group of 11 for a birthday celebration and chose to sit inside.
The waiter was so attentive and fun.
The Seafood Pasta is enormous and so delicious!
Visited on Saturday afternoon. Restaurant has an attached outside bar area, but opted for inside seating. Restaurant very nice, table cloths, linen napkins and such. Seated quickly and service was spot on. Ordered up the beer batered onion ring appetizer, very good. Ordered the stuffed grouper & queen cut prime rib. Both delicious. The di have a 3.5% fee for credit card use...but reasonable nowadays.
Great dining experience. Out the door with tip $80. Very much worth it.
So we made reservations to dine inside. We got there maybe five minutes late. The place was not busy. The person that greeted us was nice then an older man interrupted and rudely said he canceled my wife and my reservation. We asked if we should leave. He said “ no sit anywhere “. Then he walks in front of us and slings six menus on a six top for the two of us. We waited till he walked away and chose another table. We were fortunate he was not our server. The seafood was great, portions are large and it’s quiet inside in comparison to the outdoor area where it’s more of a bar and they offer live music. It was nice , and our server was attentive. Made up for our initial experience.
Off season a great place to go. Grouper Panini was a 10. Blacken Grouper taco was good also. Brandy was an excellent server
