Great place, great people!! Thank you!!! AAA++++ Really sweet staff..Great food! The sauce is so good, the little bits of burnt pieces on the crust is to die for!! My son got a free t-shirt, I got to keep my cup!! I will always go back when I visit!! I wish I could order one right now!! I had pepperoni and mushroom pizza!!! If you make a review on yelp you can get a free cheese garlic bread, I think that is what they said. Yummmy
A true Southern Illinois staple! The food and atmosphere never disappoint and last night was no exception. We had 12 adults and 5 kids. Everyone took great care of us. (The kids loved the shirts!)

Always the best and extremely tasty pizza. I know many travel to southern Illinois to this place just for this wonderful pizza. I used to eat at this place every once in two weeks when I was studying there. Recently I visited this town and I was surprised to see they sell mini pizzas, which was great because I was on a diet lol. It was like mini deep dish Chicago style pizza. More flavor and more taste. One of the best pizza place in Carbondale and definitely a great place to try. Their bianca quartos and meat lover are my favorite pizza. I can assure you that you will become addicted to this pizza like me lol 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Quatro’s definitely doesn’t reflect this pizza restaurant’s ranking in terms of best pizza in Carbondale. Quatro’s is #1 in my book and I love the crispy cheese crusts and overall taste of these amazing pizza pies. I had my first slice of Quatro’s over 27years ago, and I have loved it ever since. The establishment itself has stood the test of time and looks just like it did when I came to SIU straight out of High School. I must end this review now because the more I write, the older I feel. Keep up the good work Quatro’s!!!
We very much enjoyed this pizza. I’m from Chicago so I appreciate a good deep dish. But this wasn’t quite that. It was somewhere between thin and deep dish. The sauce was excellent. We ordered a couple different pizzas to try. The caramelized cheese on the crust was killer. We would definitely visit again,
Quatros is one of the best Pizzas I've ever had! Growing up Italian on the south side of Chicago our family made pizza every Friday night!

Delicious!!! Fresh toppings, hot and yummy! My waitress was just adorable and nice. Even short of staff, the workers were kind and friendly.
My favorite place for pizza and/or Italian Beef with cheese in southern Illinois. I’ve always had good food, friendly service, and no complaints over past 20+ years that I’ve been going there. Plus they give the free plastic yellow Quattro cup every time I order any drink. I’m kinda picky eater and pizza sauce is great and have really reasonable prices on everything they have to offer. They have earned my loyalty to return over many years.
