I've been to this Dunkin' several times and have always had a positive experience. The staff has always been super friendly and the donuts/drinks have always been really good! If you use their app, they have a rewards program---you get a free drink (any size & any type) after so many mobile orders. Also, the app gives you a free drink on your birthday! My only complaint is that stuff is often out of stock at this location. For the past month or so, they have been out of the salted caramel flavoring. Also, when I went last week, they were out of the hazelnut flavoring. So be prepared to have a back-up order!

Service is friendly, though something i've noticed here is a discrepancy between product name in the front of house and the drive thru staff. When I first went here, I ordered a chocolate glazed donut and drive thru insisted what I was taking about was a 'chocolate cake donut'. I've never heard a chocolate glazed donut called that ever, but figured it might be a DD brand thing. Nope. Went into the store, right there, 'chocolate glazed', right along the wall. There was a couple months time between going through drive thru, and actually going into the store, so I figured, whatever. Ordered today, chocolate glazed. Got a chocolate frosted donut. Pretty confusing, and sucks because I didn't have time to go through drive thru again or go into the store. Though I don't doubt that staff would've fixed the order, most of them are pretty chill.

This place was amazing. My whole class went in there after a field trip and they tended to us very well and the wood was great. I was happy about how well they got us our food.
