Awesome meat filled buns of wonder.
I'm not sure how I just found out about this place but, it was amazing it was perfect how the kept the buns from becoming gummy and weird

10/10 dentists recommend Kolache factory! I was at dentistry on 116th st. and they recommended getting breakfast here! I love it!!!!!! So so soft dough wrapped around the yummiest sausage, egg, and cheese! The coffee is great and the staff was so awake, positive and helpful so early in the morning! I was so happy to start my day off right with Kolache and couldn’t believe it was only $6 for a ball and large coffee!!
Man the kolache are amazing.. they’re like a perfect sweet dinner roll with a topping or filling.
I highly recommend the bacon egg and cheese and the cream cheese.
This is one of my favorite places to eat at, for anytime of the day. The best part about this place though is the service. Cruise and santi are often there when I go, and they are so sweet and accommodating. WOULD RECOMMEND!!!
CRUZ AND SANTI ARE THE BEST!! We got a large order of kolaches shortly before they closed and they were so patient, kind, and willing to accommodate us in any way. Their kindness and professionalism speaks to the incredible atmosphere they cultivate at this Kolache factory. The service is unbeatable!
I placed a large order for an event and the manager, Maria, was so easy to work with. As promised, she had all 175 kolaches ready at the scheduled time. They were on party trays ready to serve and tongs were provided. The lunch went really well with several attendees saying it was the best food they'd ever had at similar events. We ordered a combination of BBQ Brisket (a definite favorite!), Pepperoni Pizza, Italian Chicken, and Chicken Enchilada. They were all a hit! We'll definitely consider Kolaches if we have a similar event in the future - so easy to order, serve, and clean up.
Enjoy this place but wish corporate would take my vegetarian recipes that I've emailed into consideration as there's only 3 options unless the monthly is veggie friendly...
Not to mention the egg cheese and potato is always raw. Raw dough can make you seriously sick. Doesn't matter how many times I tell them or get a refund, they keep serving undercooked food.
Not my go-to place anymore, but still go from time to time to try my luck.
This is a great little shop! A little more expensive than your typical grocery store baked goods, but it is gourmet and authentic German kolache. Their products are top quality and made with fresh, whole ingredients.
The staff was nice.
The place was clean and organized.
Small issue with our coffees not being labeled and being a bit indistinguishable from one another but the caffeine still did its job so no star taken away.
The food was good. Particularly love the Jalapeno Popper kolache! Unexpected delight.
These are phenomenally good and no other competition for them. The best ones in all of those good ones are Jalapeño popper (if you like a kick), bacon egg and cheese (great for breakfast), chicken enchiladas (wife’s special) and the TEXAS or polish hot! The buns are super soft and the filling is delicious. Have been a repeat customer since 2015. Please keep a watch on your time, they close early. Good things do not wait for anything.
Wow! Best service I have recieved in a restraunt in a long time. SHOUT OUT to MARIA. She was so helpful and nice and really made my day! Will definitely be back for more delicious kolaches and hopefully i'll get Maria as a service person again 😋😊

Wow! I'm impressed. It was a restaurant filled with hungry people. There was one staff member, Maria, and she was working hard!
In comes a Door Dash employee who is frustrated about the delay on his order. Maria apologized, and let him know she was the only person working today and would get to the order as soon as possible. She explained that it had been busy all morning, and she had gotten behind. She was calm, kind, and professional but conveyed sincerity about getting the order finished and to the driver.
The Door Dash driver continued to complain and be rude and mean to her. As the crowd in the lobby became more uncomfortable, and the Door Dash driver left, we each made our way to the register, ordered, and apologized for the way Maria was treated. She responded with gratitude and kindness and went back to working hard to help those of us in line.
The restaurant was clean, and the food looked amazing. The Kolaches were going fast as the customers came in and ordered, but I'm not surprised. The Kolaches are always Great, and I can see why the restaurant is so popular. I can happily recommend the Kolaches, and after the customer service experience today, I can't say enough great things about Maria.
She's the kind of person I'd happily hire for my business if she was in the healthcare field. To the owner of the Kolache Factory, thank you so much for staffing your restaurant with such an amazing professional.
What's not to love at Kolache Factory?! So fresh and tasty! I had a large order for a group to be picked up right when they opened. Maria took perfect care of us, and everything was perfectly prepared, well packed and very organized. The easiest and most delicious way to get a hot breakfast to a bunch of hungry guests!
Food is good as always. Little confused how they stock the available kolaches. Asked for ham egg and cheese croissants - there were 4 on the shelf. Cashier said those were something different, and that they stocked them there so that the shelf didn't look empty. It's OK to be out of something. An empty spot on the shelf tells me that I can't order it, and I'll choose something else before I get to the register. Having something else in its place just leaves me disappointed.
Great place to try kolaches! They have variety of options to choose from. They have fruit kolaches and meat kolaches to hot and spicy flavors too! We tried peach kolache, sausage, cheese and jalapeno kolache, italian chicken kolache, sausage, egg and cheese kolache, and ranchero kolache and all of them tasted great and delicious! The fluffy pastry texture with meat inside was awesome and very tasty! We will try other flavors next time!
Good place to stop for some tasty coffee at a bit less than Starbucks prices. They have a few different types and flavors on hand. I tried the pecan flavored one and enjoyed it. The place is super clean and upscale, but the staff seem a bit impatient or indifferent.
Came near closing time and they were out there f sweets options except cream cheese danish. No cinnamon rolls 😞trying the Texas hot polish sausage kolache was 👍
You would think that a piece of bread with ham and cheese would be good anywhwre. But noo!! Kolache makes it even better. Try the Ham ane Cheese croissant, 6 stars out of 5! Addictively good!
I love the Kolache Factory!! My sister and I went and got Kolaches after our Temple Trip in Indy! I had a Philly Steak and Cheese kolache, and a jalapeño popper. 🥰 So good, so yummy! I definitely recomend checking out The Kolache Factory!!
