I love Mandarin House, a long standing authentic Chinese restaurant in Carmel. They have a wonderful buffet for Sunday lunches with congee, dim sum, and a variety of food with distinctive flavors. When going to order food, you can ask for the Chinese menu, which has their more authentic offerings.

My favorite lately here has been the Mapo tofu, ordered extra spicy. Love it. I see lots of people doing curbside pickup today; we ate inside. It was very clean and very peaceful. Server was very attentive. They may have kimchi or sweet yellow radish on request. Korean menu available too which includes the noodle dishes: Jjamppong, Jjajangmyun, and other dishes like Yang Jang Pi, Rajoki, Kkanpunggi (chicken), and Kkanpung saeu (shrimp). Mandarin House is the only place you can get these in Carmel and Fishers!

Open for carry out! Come out and support our restaurants Carmel! Great food and kind service. The beef and green peppers has so much flavor and tender meat. Loved the egg rolls too. Sweet and sour chicken was for my kids and I had to cut then off before they popped. Plenty for leftovers during the 2020 quarantine!
