Arrived at opening the morning after Thanksgiving, lucked out and was able to book a table just before lunch. Enjoyed some coffee to go (great idea having that separate from the primary restaurant) while waiting nearby. Carmel has some of the best food (and chefs!) and Stationæry is a primary example of this. The French toast was exceptional and surprisingly light, with a delicious garnish of cinnamon apple slices. Really looking forward to trying more dishes next time!

Came here on Fourth of July with a reservation and it did take a while for us to be seated but also we had a dog so they were great about accommodating us! Good: - Each dish was amazing quality and in presentation! - The vanilla latte here wasn’t too sweet but also was addicting! - Super tasty avocado toast, chilaquiles, sausage Banh Mi, French toast, and steak! Decent portion sizes but on the smaller side. - Staff all were super kind Bad: - Pretty expensive, and food can take a while to come Overall a super cute place, great ambiance and feels really relaxed for a long meal with friends.

I tried brunch at Stationæry before which is still one of my favorite brunch spots in Carmel. This time, however, we were not able to make it to the brunch due to some unexpected traffic. Staff were super helpful and nice and helped us reschedule to a dinner which turned out to be great as well. There were not that many options and we tried almost everything on the menu - the flavors were sophisticated and you could taste different layers of the seasonings. My favorite was the spaghetti.

Super busy on weekends. We had the potato pancake with salmon & it was cooked perfectly. The chilaquiles were basic. The biscuit & homemade jam were delicious. Super cute patio & dog friendly seating!

I discovered stationaery a little over a year ago and it has been my favorite place for food ever since. I’ve been here around sixty times (mostly for brunch) and I’ve never been disappointed. Each item on the menu is absolutely amazing and I’ve tried pretty much all of them. My favorites are the avocado toast, the farmers salad, the yoghurt bowl, chilaquiles and their lattes. All the waiters are super nice and the owners are very engaged! Yes, it might be a little expensive, but 100% worth it 🫶🏼

We came here for dinner, and everything was great - outdoor seating in a nice courtyard, good service and excellent food. The bread pudding with thyme ice cream was yummy!

This place is heaven on earth. So freaking delicious. I couldn’t believe some of the negative reviews I read. There’s no way they were reviewing the same place. Our server Josh was so friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Food was TO DIE FOR! We’ve been coming to Carmel for over a decade and can’t believe we never knew about this place. We’re coming back tomorrow, and the next day before we head out. Ignore the bad reviews, read the good ones…. but whatever you do… give this place a shot. I promise you’ll be happy you did. Great food, great service.

Amazing service and food! We've tried their potato pancakes, chilaquiles, scramble, french toast. Everything was absolutely delicious. I'd also recommend ordering the biscuit on the side if it doesn't come with your dish already. Also love their seasonal latte. We've been here twice and both times it tasted (and looked) great with the adequate amount of sweetness. In terms of service, everyone's courteous and attentive. We have a toddler and they're all very friendly and accommodating. They have high chairs available and brought out an umbrella to shade us from the sun upon request. Make a reservation online before coming. It gets busy.

I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Carmel. I recently visited for a quick bite before a work event, and the service was first class. I let them know of my time constraint and they were so accommodating. I was able to try their incredible Ahi Tuna Crudo which was gorgeously plated. The San Carlos spritzer is so aromatic and refreshing, a perfect summer sip. The entire staff was attentive and friendly. I also had the chance to speak with Anthony, the owner and I can really feel the passion he exudes for his establishment and the work that goes into giving his guests a memorable experience. I would love to come back again, but until then, they are definitely on track for high praise in the restaurant world. The pleasure was mine to write this review.

We went for a bachelorette brunch on Sunday. We had a reservation so we walked in and our table was ready. It’s cute little spot tucked away few steps from ocean ave( the Carmel’s Main Street) We ordered mimosa service and 5 dishes. The service was great the server was attentive, helpful with choosing what to order and representation of the dishes was aesthetic. We loved literally everything we ordered. Avocado toast was a classic. The chilaquiles and shakshuka was tasty and great mix of flavors with a zing. Brown rice salad was my favorite. Lentils, peanuts and crunch from the greens. The granola in yogurt bowl was gut friendly with pumpkin seeds and balanced with fruits. They sent a complimentary bread pudding for our bride to be. And she LOVED it. thank you! Their potato pancakes were sold out for the day so I am guessing it’s popular item. I already know what I want to order next time :) brown rice salad and a bread pudding ❤️

My wife and I come here periodically throughout the year. It's a great local spot in Carmel if you're looking for a gourmet menu with great coffee, drinks and beer selection. Seating indoor and outdoor and they are dog friendly.

This place was incredible. I hishly recommend this place, but make sure to make a reservation. We didn't have a reservation and waited 45mins to be seated, but it was worth the wait. The food was super delicious with good service. We ordered the Potato pancake, Shakshuka, side of biscuit, and a side of bacon. Every bite was flavorful and we wished we had a second stomach to eat more. The hostess and servers were a delight, despite how busy they were. I mean every single table was filled, yet the servers took the time to answer questions and joke a little with us. One little mishap, our drinks went to the wrong table but it opened up a conversation between us and the table next to us. The server was so funny about the situation that it made us all laugh. We appreciated our server for being apologetic and hilarious about the situation. I truly appreciated my experience at Stationary, and enjoyed the food tremendously. I can't wait to go back.

Wow. Absolutely fantastic. The sausage gravy was about as decadent, and of course flavorful, as I’ve had. The flavor of the guajillo sauce on the chilequiles was superb. I wanted everything on the menu, and that about sums it up for me. Went back a second time a week later, everything still excellent. Plus, there are like 2 whole avocados on the avocado toast! 1/2023 Still awesome. Dined inside for the first time, have to say it is noisy AF in there. Don’t expect to have much of a conversation but still worth it because The Food.

Potato pancake is a highlight. One of the coolest brunch items I’ve had in a while. The salmon on it was delicious. Also, coffee cup is single serve. But still good and rich!

Amazing food! Service was incredible! Our server, Allie, made our breakfast a special occasion for me and my fiancé right before our wedding day. It was a very sweet surprise!

You need to make reservations because this place gets very busy. Our breakfast was good. We got the Chilaquiles, French Cast Iron (not on the menu anymore) and the Breakfast Plate. We've been here a few times and pancakes and seasonal lattes are good as well.
