So chill, calm, peaceful & wonderful! Not so loud like most places, very friendly atmosphere! I love what's on the menu! I have to admit this is my favorite spot to get away & clear my mind & enjoy the night. And their guest service is the best!

This is some excellent home cooking Russian style, and is authentic and true to the motherland, if you are not experienced in European cuisine some of the flavors may be quite different than the average American restaurant, but I assure you the flavors are as colorful as the food and the atmosphere and staff are second to none, if you are somewhat of the adventuresome type and enjoy a altogether different dining experience this would be right up your alley, I love this place, and tend to show up on Sundays for the buffet lunch, this will give you a chance to try several food items as the menu can be quiet confusing for the average person.

Definitely one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The escargot and chicken Kiev were tasty. My wife and I will definitely be back.

A fantastic family owned food joint serving East European cuisine! From Ukrainian borscht to Russian piroshki and Uzbek plot, this place has all the famous East European dishes. All dishes are made from scratch daily. The food is always fresh and tasty. My dad's family is from Ukraine and the food at this restaurant reminds me of my grandmother's cooking. The interior is decorated in Slavic traditional style, so it feels like you're dining in Europe. Such a cute place! Definitely recommend!

Excellent! I had the escalope pork chop and it was perfectly cooked along with perfectly fried potatoes. The cabbage rolls were amazing and the bread was fresh and sweet. Cherry blinzes were light and fruity.

I've been wanting to try this place for years. And today I finally did! My husband and I shared a beef stew with a side of grilled zucchini. The stew was very tasty. Warmed up your stomach. I also got the kvas drink, a peach soda, yum! It the perfect, hearty meal to feed us.

If I didn't live across town with astronomical gas prices, I would come here mor than once per month. This place is amazing. One of my favorite restaurants, and definitely my favorite in Sacramento. The food is a little on the expensive side, but considering inflation rates, the quality of the food, and the authenticity of the Slavic cuisine, I think it's more than worth it. Wait times can sometimes be long on busy nights, but that just means more time to chat with friends and enjoy the atmosphere.
