First time here. Stopped for breakfast after reading reviews and picked my Stuffed French Toast based on the fact that others had highly recommended it. I would probably not order it again, though the granola on top sounded good it really dried out the meal and I feel it should be served in a side dish. My French toast was hard and my knife had a hard time cutting it, so either it was cooked a little too long or the bread was not fresh? I'm going to assume the cook had an off day. The filling in the French Toast was really good. Ask for extra syrup. I only ate half because it's a huge amount and ate the rest for dinner. I found that by dinner with it soaking up the syrup it was better.
I also ordered a hot chocolate that was amazing!
Restaurant was very nice. Service was excellent.
In town visiting family. Stopped in for breakfast Sunday morning. We were seated immediately. The server was quick to get our drink orders. I had the chocolate banana crepes and coffee. Coffee was good. Crepes were fantastic! I recommend you give them a try.
I went to Mapleberry for the first time in 10+ years. I had the 2x2+ and a double shot of espresso. the 2x2+ was 2 pancakes with glazed apple, 2 sausage links, and 2 strips of bacon. The food was delicious. The espresso was nice and strong.
The service was amazing. I got my food not even 1 minute after I got my espresso. My waitress was very efficient and very friendly. I talked to the owner and she was a blast to talk to.
I highly recommend this place for breakfast.
We are from out of town and when we were in town looking for a breakfast place this seemed to be our best option. It definitely didn’t disappoint as the food was very delicious. The restaurant was packed that morning because they had an event called “tip a cop” with police officers seating people and serving food. They were raising money for the IL special olympics. They were interacting with people and even had some police vehicles outside to show and you could hop inside the vehicle. Anyhow, the restaurant was very clean and the staff very attentive to what we needed. Highly recommend it and when we go back to IL we’ll make sure to stop by again.
Took a family road trip from N.Carolina to Illinois to visit family we drove by this restaurant this morning and decided to stop for breakfast. We were not disappointed! Super cute spot! Food was delicious and well presented! Waitress was very attentive with little wait for or coffee! I will definitely be back on our next visit! I wish I would taken picture of the place! Next time!
Literally a hidden gem ! This place has great breakfast or lunch food. I got the Denver omelette with a side of pancakes with bananas and strawberries! Mmmmm I’m a hungry little pig this late morning.
The stuffed French toast was delicious! Not overly sweet with great flavor and berries. My friend had the chilaquiles skillet which was also good. I ordered a cappuccino which tasted very watered down, but the regular coffee was good.
Pleasant girls working there. They smile and are on their game when it comes to the job. Got takeout and was impressed with their packaging skills. All the liquids got and cold were wrapped so as not to spill. Food also packed as not to move around. Food was great. Coffee and juice also.
Great local breakfast spot! Not stellar decor or anything, but lots of food choices that are delicious. The place is clean. The staff is always so nice, even though they are short staffed right now. Many updates have been made recently. Not sure what they eventually want to be...it's like a breakfast/bakery/cafe/slots that also advocates for dogs and sells dog and human treats. They do have a liquor license for mimosas, etc.
It's a nice place to spend time with family & friends . Friendly and the waitress are the best !! They always take care of you nicely and kind (costumers are the ones with no patience). I highly recommend it for a good quality breakfast and always remember to tip the amazing people that work here and take care of you and loved ones.
Was looking for a quick bite to eat at lunch. Glad I picked this Pancake House. I was seated, order taken and the meal brought out in what seemed like a few minutes without feeling rushed.
Gotta admit, the eggs, pancakes and bacon were really good too. Definitely will go back and highly recommend to others.
What a wonderful idea! This was the best breakfast ever! Everybody must try this. You won’t be sorry. And the prices are great!  everything tastes, so delicious. It is served hot. Food was amazing. the service was great and the food came out relatively quickly. i love crispy bacon and they had the crispiest most delicious bacon
