This was my first time here and the food was good and the portions are definitely fair🙆♂️ this place is a bit hard to find, it's next to Jiffy Lube and across the street from 7-Eleven and a burrito place also you can't miss the giant Home Depot across the street. Brown's chicken comes up a bit different but the main street in front is schmale rd Carol Stream Illinois. I definitely appreciate all the Fantastic meal deals so you don't even need a coupon and saving money is definitely a plus. I noticed remodeling so the dining room is closed but I look forward to when it opens and also they have video gaming which I don't gamble but if you do it's definitely a nice place to relax and gamble in a peaceful atmosphere🎰
I had been sleeping on this place for like 8 yrs....I got desperate for options and decided to try this place. I've been here now at least 2x a week. Their food is fresh and them chicken sandwiches slap. Their Chicago dog is on point too. 10/10 Ima be going there again.
Something fast and simple for dinner definitely highly recommend their turkey bow it's like having Thanksgiving any day of the year and if you've never tried corn fritters definitely give it a try you won't regret it

This is the best Browns Chicken Restaurant that I ate at, the chicken is fresh and crispy fried just right and the fries were fresh and the place is clean and the workers are friendly, I will definitely be eating here when ever I’m in this area 👍🏾
I ordered your catering for my moms 100th birthday on Saturday Nov. 19th. I wanted you to know it was the best decision I have made in a long time. We chose to pick it up and the food was fantastic. All 50 people loved it. Thank you so much for making this part of the occasion very special.
It's been many years since I've been to a Brown's Chicken. So I went in as opposed to going through drive thru. Employees were extremely helpful and the food was great. And a BOGO on Wednesday for all they're pasta bowls makes it a good deal.
Food and portions are outstanding. Perfectly cooked crispy chicken. Ordered at the drive up. However, when I asked if the meal includes a side, her response was, "what do you want," making me think it came with the meal. Then she tried to charge me an additional $4 for the side. When I cancelled it at the window, she practically threw my change at me, dropped several coins and became very rude because she couldn't dupe me into buying a side that I didn't want to pay extra for. She could have simply said the meal does not include a side, so the choice of paying more by adding it in would be mine, not hers. Aside from the rude woman at the window, the chicken is outstanding.
Ordered catering for a birthday party and the food was great!! chicken was not greasy or dry and it was ready on time! Will definitely use them again 👍🏽
I get take out here quite often and the food is always fresh and delicious. The prices are good and they have a lot more than just chicken.
Not my experience but my husband LOVES the Italian sausage sandwich and the fries! Very good prices here too, the one in St Charles is basically double the price.

I wasn't expecting much when I came into the restaurant that was only a half-foot taller than myself when I got to the dining area.
However, the tantalizing price of chicken wings brought my girlfriend and another friend in the door.
We each ordered our preferred flavors but without anything to drink.
After the manager brought our food to the table however, he was courteous enough to offer us complimentary bottled waters, simply because he noticed that we had ordered spicy food with nothing to wash it down.
The chicken wings themselves were another surprise. At 60 cents per wing, which is also the price of individual wings at Buffalo Wild Wings on their boneless wing Thursday special, these wings were enormous.
For 5 dollars we were treated to a platter full of thick and juicy chicken wings, where a bite to the center reveals tender and succulent meat instead of half the morsel being comprised of breading stacked on top of more breading. Not only did this platter include Wings, but also a generous helping of french fries and a large Biscuit.
We were even given plenty of ranch dressing for free, which you have to pay extra for at Buffalo Wild Wings, and it was surprisingly flavorful.
The biggest surprise, though, was that both the manager himself and another employee from the kitchen both came out to check on our experience and offer any further service to us.
This is the kind of customer relations that we expect from a high class establishment, not just a side-of-the-road chicken joint.
It's evident that the management at this store wants to set a great example of why Brown's Chicken is worth your time over its competitors, and that they can not just rival but outmatch them.
With a KFC right down the street and a Buffalo Wild Wings 10 minutes away, this restaurant has found a way to win me over, and I intend on becoming a repeat customer due to the excellent value, service and food.
Surprisingly good. I didn't think that I would like it, but I wanted to try something different, and it was getting late. So, I decided to give it a try. Pretty good food by fast food standards.
You'll notice most of the bad reviews are several years old. I will agree with one of the old reviews though, the mac and cheese isn't very good.
