My son's and I had lunch here today for the first time and it was great! Burgers were huge and the fried pickle spears were absolutely delicious, the best I've ever had! The staff was super friendly and ya can't beat the prices. Can't wait for the roof top dining area to be completed! We'll definitely go back!
“The Pit” was amazing and fed our group of 4 - there were leftovers. If you like fruity drinks, get the “B. Conley”. We eat barbecue quite a bit, as it is popular in our hometown. But this place has hands-down the best barbecue that anyone in our group has tasted.
Amazing food and service! The best BBQ on Carolina Beach! The pork was amazing! Great portions and prices! They were amazing with dietary restrictions (gluten free). We will definitely go back!
Great food,great people and great service. I've been a regular at the Smokehouse while in Cashier's for ten years. Love the new place, (even though miss having you in Cashier's) right on the beach, can't wait to come back and set on the upper deck.
The corn nuggets were amazing. Really enjoyed the pulled pork platter with mild sauce. The enticing aroma of BBQ drew me in from the Boardwalk -- and I'm glad I came. Delicious, and great service.

When you guys left, we knew we would have a hard time finding BBQ that even came close to yours. When we found out you were going to Carolina Beach, we were thrilled. This has been my favorite vacation spot since I was a kid and you guys being here makes it even better. We had lunch yesterday and dinner today and the food was as good, if not better than I remembered. The pork was perfect, the smoked wings fell right off the bone, and the sauce... OMG THE SAUCE!!! Absolute perfection. The staff is amazing and you can't beat the atmosphere. The best BBQ in NC right on the beach!!!! We will see you guys soon!!!!
I have been going here in Cashiers with my husbands family for years and when they told us they were moving to Carolina Beach we couldn’t be happier. We didn’t have to take the 8 hour drive anymore we just have to drive 2 hours. As always AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Ribs-Mac n cheese-baked beans. Fall off the bone deliciousness. See you again soon.

Everything is DELISH! I had the pulled chicken with the mild sauce....YUM. The slaw is amazing and the corn on the cob was seriously the best I've ever had. They have done an excellent job with the decor and the overall feeling is awesome. Highly recommend!
We ordered 4 different entrees to try and cover every aspect of their menu. Every plate we had was absolutely delicious. Price was great, service was great, and they have cheerwine...hard to beat that. Will definitely be eating here again.

Awesome smoked meats and beer was great too. Good family atmosphere and the staff is so friendly and everyone smiling and kind.
The food was very good and reasonably priced with a good portion wish I would have got a pic of the pulled beef but I was hungry I will be back to try more on there menu very busy place most the time seasonal give them a try the shrimp was mmmmm the bar is upstairs on a open patio with a live band most the time.
After spending the morning at Fort Fisher Aquarium we ventured into Carolina Beach and stumbled upon Carolina Smokehouse, happy we did! Food was amazing all around and enjoyed an ice cold Cheerwine!
The staff was super friendly. The food was delicious. We were in and out very quickly! Surprising for new years eve. They didn't have a lot of gluten free options, but what was there was good. The BBQ plate could feed two people if you're not super hungry.
The food was awesome! I'll waitress and bartender Nina and Cody were great!. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly. Did I say the food was awesome 👌 Not to pricey for what we ordered which was the The Pit. It feed me and Hubby that night and the day after. We will definitely be going back!
We came here for lunch and ended up getting the pit. The food was delicious. And the service was great! Brendan was our server and he did an amazing job and made sure we had everything we needed pretty quickly despite it being super busy. Highly recommend!
I love the food at Smokehouse as well as the staff one of my favorite restaurants on the island. However, I was there Monday afternoon and ordered the crab dip. Sadly it is not the quality of all other items on the menu. It is a cold dip served with crackers, little or no 🦀 crab. This is not criticizing just recommend changing crab dip to normal hot spread with bread.
