Ordered online for pick up. Pizza was ready when I arrived about 20 minutes later. Store appeared clean. Cashier double-checked to make sure the toppings were right and the condiments I requested were included. I like that they keep their Parmesan cheese packets in the fridge. The pizza was good, normal amount of sauce & cheese, 3-4 slices of pepperoni and 4-6 pieces of sausage per slice of pizza. Good price. No disappointments.
Manager in charge, Patrick, was super pleasant and friendly. I had missed adding the discounts when I checked out online and Patrick caught it and updated my order to reflect the discounts at pickup. I am in corporate retail and know that customer service and experience is key to ensuring repeat customers and sales. Thanks Patrick!
