They were a little slower than others but it was an "older" gentlemen who brought my drink & cheese sticks out. They were still warm but not hot. Oh well, I love the happy hours so I will be back
I wanted to get me and my family root beer floats so I went to A & W but they had their machine down. So I went to Sonic and ask them if they could make floats and they said of course. Probably the best tasting root beer float I've ever had from anywhere. Only took about 6 minutes to get three large and one medium. Great customer service
ON 5/3/2022 I HAD THE PLEASURE OF MEETING MANAGER SIERRA SHE SERVED ME MY FOOD AND HAD A GREAT PERSONALITY AND GREAT ON THE JOB TRAINING SKILLS. ALTHOUGH I WAS DISSATISFIED WITH THE FOOD ON 5/3/2022 I WENT BACK ON 5/4/2022 I WAS GREETED AGAIN WITH THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SMILE AND GREAT VIBES FROM MANAGER SIERRA. SIERRA WAS CONCERNED ABOUT MY UNSATISFIED FOOD AND PERSONALLY MADE MY ORDER WHICH WAS HOT AND FRESH. SIERRA ASKED ME TO CHECK MY FOOD TO MAKE SURE I WAS SATISFIED. SIERRA IS SUCH A SWEETHEART THANKS. I MESSAGED THE NUMBER ON RECEIPT I BELIEVE ITS THE DISTRICT ARE STORE MANAGER IT WAS'NT ANDY TO ACKNOWLEDGE SIERRA FOR HER GREAT ON THE JOB TRAINING SKILLS. THANKS SIERRAKEEPUPTHE GOOD WORK.
The service is always great. Everything always comes just as ordered. Always a great experience at this location. And the perks in the app make it the best.
