Had a birthday dinner with 8 people. We were seated immediately by a lovely hostess, had personal attention from Executive Chef Tommy and amazing dinners with portions large enough to take some home for the next meal. Our wait staff was on point and attentive. Can't wait to go again. I highly recommend the Union in Carson City. Well done, Union and worth the trip. Bon apetit!
We've been here a few times and they are consistently superb! The fresh Gnocchi with braised Lamb is phenomenal!! Please add the cherry glazed Duck Confit special to you daily menu because I cannot stop dreaming about it!! We’ve enjoyed the selection, the personal service from the staff and the chef who hand delivers the entrees! Presentation and flavors are top notch! This has become our new favorite place in Carson City!
So far I have only been to the coffee shop. The guy that runs it is super friendly and makes great lattes! Service is great. Nice place to have coffee and meetings.

An amazing meal! Carson needs this!!! Service was excellent, food was fantastic and the drinks tasty!!! We will definitely be back to try more items!!! This visit we had the pretzel bites, poutine, Carson burger, sausage plate and pepperoni pizza all fantastic!!!
I just had the most mediocre shrimp Caesar I’ve ever tasted. It took forever because the cook over cooked the first round of shrimp. Well he undercooked the next round of shrimp. I’m giving it 2 stars because the manager and bar tender were cool but I don’t think I’ll be back.
The manager Phillip took great care of me. Not only did he make this right but my second experience was wonderful. The food was amazing. Especially the Shrimp and Peppers and the Cauliflower. My dinner server Amanda was spot on, even though she was very busy. I will definitely recommend this place and I’ve changed my review accordingly.
I am so happy to see a wondeful gathering place with amazing food and service in Carson City! My husband and I got the City and Carson burgers, by far the best tasting hamburger I have had at a restaurant. We love the atmosphere and the Latte, was amazing as well! I don't mind spending a little extra for food that is made like home. We will be repeat customers and bring friends and family here when they visit us!

Tried this great new place for lunch today. The food and service were outstanding! It's nice to have a new, delicious restaurant in Carson City! Daelyn was a great server!!
The house-made veggie burger was amazing. It was huge and flavorful. I had to leave half the bun because it was a lot to eat. Next time I’ll have it naked. The craft brews were also a nice treat. Love the glasses they are served in and the ‘garage door’ open walls.

Only downside would be they let people bring kids in. I mean really, can't people just leave them in the car with the window cracked?
But other than that, the place is great. Definitely worth going back to.
Great “new” food with some new “old” favorites. Really nice atmosphere, along with happy people who know their food and are nice! Union Brewery is a must have for our downtown area! We will be back. Plus, it’s very clean!
This place is awesome! The fish and chips were great! No wait, and great food! Would definitely come back here again! Not else much to say, but this place is good!

Service was prompt and attentive. I had the C-Brown ale which was tasty along with the Brussel Sprouts with pork ends. The sprouts were a bit over cooked for my preference but still very good.
We ordered almost everything off of the starter menu and it was all amazing. The spiced chai latte cocktail was pretty magical too. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and damn good food.
Great brew pub in downtown Carson City. The food was great and the portion size was rather lage. I had the brick chicken and had trouble finishing it. The waitstaff was friendly and the service was prompt. Worth stopping in for a few beers and something to eat.
Amazing food , amazing staff that were super helpful with the menu when trying to order gluten free options. Marshall was our server here and was super kind just like the rest of the staff. Will come back.
