Today I had the experience to go to Chick-fil-A, it was really nice! Emily, one of her employees, was really nice when I drove into the drive-thru. She not only made sure to hand out the food, but also made conversation with us in such a friendly way!
I want to thank and recognize Sylvia at the Chic-fil-A in Florence, AZ at the store right off the freeway. My lemonade got a while in the bottom and filled my cup holders full of lemonade and got all over. Not only did she help me clean it up and make sure I was good to go, but she also made sure I had a new lemonade. It was much appreciated since I had been on the road for 7 hours and was on my third day of driving. I just want to recognize her good service and concern. The woman taking my order was also very cheerful and pleasant. I wish I knew her name. I was tired and appreciated good service.
I had to pray about this overnight before I left this message. I was upset last night when I left the location because I waited outside for almost 20 minutes waiting for my grilled nuggets. Unfortunately the Nuggets were tiny and only filled up half a parfait size dish (the yogurt was bigger than 8 nuggets) and slightly over cooked albiet good flavor. I was so disappointed that I felt like I was forgotten out in the waiting area and then to have it be such a tiny serving. The staff was friendly and kind. But it really was dissatisfying π
Always right on point. I love the chicken nuggets because thatβs all they are and I can eat them with no carbs. Of course I have to dip them in chic-fil-a sauce. Lots of it.
young lady that took my
order was very sweet, food
came quickly, 3 strips were
so tasty, never had waffle fries,

probably the nicest workers ive met very friendly and accommodating, and the food was Phenomenal as always!!and the new chicken sandwich is a must try.π
Food is great as always. This time we went through the drive thru. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable as always and it went very fast
Passing through casa grande enroute to Phoenix. And lo and behold there is Chick-fil-A he in I-10. It is always good to eat Chick-fil-A sandwich for breakfast . Although their breakfast is available I prefer their lunch menu, the breakfast bread is more greasy and for the lunch buns just ask for the sandwich without butter, the regular breaded chicken is better than the grilled ones but itβs better to ask without butter just to reduce the greasy taste.
Nate had a smile when he was helping me during drive thr he was vary patient with is and he was very nice food was amazing as well
We always love the salads. But we love to add some grilled nuggets for extra yummies! And the playground always has the kiddos begging us to stop there. π€
Consistent food and consistent polite competent service are always to be found here I. love the new honey pimento cheese Sandwich The Salted caramel milkshake could use some work
They make you feel like a Family member and remember eat more meat.
This chicken noodle π was perfect for today. This is a large. Comes with saltiness crackers. Sweet tea as well because, well I'm addicted to them. Anyhow the use the app and let them scan as you will build points for rewards. The soup is really good and highly recommend it. Enjoy!
Always a great experience. The dining room is clean and the employees are friendly despite the lunch rush.
The staff were exceptional. Seriously great service. The food however....I ordered a grilled chicken club combo, add pickles plus extra and avocado lime ranch on the side. What I got was a grilled club with 3 pickles, yesbI countedz THREE pickeles, and honey mustard BBQ sauce. I have to say, the sauce was still really good. It just wasn't what I asked for. The lack of pickles and honestly just the taste of the chicken were really off-putting. The chicken had zero flavor aside from what were assumed to be the "grill marks". And that flavor was just burnt. So zero seasoning burnt chicken....on a bun with tomatoes and lettuce. Cheese wasn't melted and so called "extra" pickles (I mean come on, McDonald's gives more pickles than that on a regular burger) led to a very bland sandwich. I could have made better myself, and, had I not been over an hour away from home I would have. I've only eaten at chick-fil-a a few times and it's been really good and flavorful every time. But this was my first time at this location and I feel like they forgot to season my chicken and then cooked it too long. Pretty disappointing. I'm not sure if I'll try there again. I don't eat out often as it is and this just reaffirmed that home cooked is always better.
Best fast food of any chain, staff is always super helpful and friendly. Had the minis and a breakfast sandwich, love Chick Fil A!
