Drive through order, 8 piece family fill up original recipe. Not asked what sides I wanted. Five minute drive home, everything cold. Bucket full of Extra Crispy & ALL DARK MEAT!!! Potatoes a weird texture. I asked at window if this is original recipe and was told yes. Horrible experience.

Worst food I have ever had from a KFC. Biscuits were as hard as rocks, chicken was greasy. The best thing about the meal was the cole slaw.

My order placed online was ready an hour and 15 minutes after it should have been. When I got my order of buckets of chicken there was only dark meat chicken. When I asked the employee what she could do about my wait time and my order not being properly filled she said nothing.
