My wife and I stopped yesterday after leaving sixflags. when we pulled up in the parking lot we could see they were busy. After signing in it was within 5 mins before shown to our table. I must say the server was was excellent even though our had a bad knee he was on top of things very polite and helpful the food and the atmosphere was amazing. I give it top stars with this restaurant....
Went on Friday with my family service was excellent, they were very attentive, appetizers and bread was delicious, our meals was fresh, the ribeye cooked exactly how I asked and my husbands porter House was also cooked to perfection, the side dishes was delicious, we left satisfied, definitely recommend to anyone looking to enjoy a great meal and drinks, with great service!!!
Loved our meal here in Cedar Hill today. Our server was friendly and attentive. Very professional. We didn't have to wait very long for anything. The food was the perfect temperature and our steaks were so delicious I wish I could have had two.
I had the greatest experience with our server stephen. He took great care of us amd was really on top of things. He constantly checked on us and made me and my fiancee feel welcome. Ill be coming back soon and i want him as my waiter.

Very pleased with thus location of Saltgrass. The service was prompt and friendly; the facilities were clean and comfortable. Our food was served quickly, had a very nice presentation, and was cooked to order. Based on our visit to this location, we would be happy to visit other locations. For 5 people w/o alcohol ~ $140.
Food was awesome, server Orion really did a great job. Was friendly, and very attentive. Had a great dinner, Chicken Laredo, potato soup, cesar salad. And of course the iconic legendary carrot cake!
Had a wonderful meal here. Melanie was our server. She was fantastic. Melanie was thoughtful and went over and above on several occasions. Genuine smile and knowledgeable with the menu and drinks. She recommnded and offered a small tasting of a local bourbon (Balcones), which cemented my drink for the evening. I am gluten free and saltgrass has a GF menu. She brought me a nicely toasted gluten free bun. I did not even know this was an option so it was a rare and welcome GF surprise, one I haven't had in years. I ordered the bone in pork chops and they came out juicy, cooked and seasoned perfectly. My salad was fresh. I felt the price was very reasonable for my delicious, fresh, gluten free meal and wonderful service.
Acknowledged upon entering the restaurant. Immediately seated. Only a short wait before server arrived. Fried onions appetizer was really good. Caesar salad was good with just enough dressing. My double bone grilled pork chop was delicious. My sweet potato was a nice compliment to my chop. The onion soup was amazing and the chicken salad was a winner. The game changer was the carrot cake. Went out for New Years Eve. The food was amazing! Our server was great, even gave him a nice tip to ring in the new year. Definitely will be going there again. Also if you want something spicy go for those range rattlers. They are good but definitely will kick you in the butt. I got the Filet and it was cooked perfectly! Highly recommend if you've never been and you're looking for an amazing steak!
