IHOP was effectively enforcing the COVID mask requirement. They were successfully practicing distancing and disinfecting surfaces. Our server was attentive, friendly, and professional. She kept our table clean and supplied. I had the 2x2x2: pancakes, bacon, and eggs. My husband had a very generous omelet. We were very satisfied with our choices. The pancakes were light and fluffy. The omelet was generous and full of sausage and cheese. Handicapped accessibility is well accomplished by parking, entrance to the building, and the restroom. The facilities in the restroom facilitated transfer from my wheelchair easily. The handicapped stall actually has sufficient space to maneuver my wheelchair easily!! This was really appreciated as it is not always available. When we are in the area in six months when we return for treatment at one of the hospitals in Dallas we will very likely return! We were very satisfied customers!

Great location and great food! Ihop is always busy on Sunday mornings. My group of 4 waited 20 mins for a table at 1200. The booths are divided with plastic dividers above/between the booths and tables were fewer than normal and spread out more. All tables and booths were wiped between diners. Staff were friendly and helpful. Delicious food and great specials. They do not have gluten free pancakes.
