When I got to the counter I placed my order with a male server. The server was talking on phone via Bluetooth. Red flag. I ordered one peanut butter chocolate chip cookie. He handed me the bag, I opened it, and I pulled out a plain peanut butter cookie while at the counter. I put the cookie back in
Just back from Lakeline Mall, and after looking around for awhile, we decided to stop in at Nestle Toll House for a quick snack, it was quite busy, we were able to get in and out in about 5 minutes. They had a delicious menu of cookies treats and ice- cream, which was great for a hot texas day.

I bought this milk shake upside down , it was good with creamy texture blended in milk not in ice & cream top , i had this really good milk shake in US , most of the shakes i have had in US are nothing but just ice I felt so, but this was good enough,

Went here and the staff was rude and on their phones. They said they could not place a scoop of ice cream on top of a brownie. The worker said it was against company policy. This is something have gotten here before but they refused to do it. I will never stop here again.

ice cream made from margarine, artificial butter, taste like terrible. personal is not friendly.
