This Taco Bell always stay slappin'. The food prep quality is consistent. The speed of the drive thru seems to defy physics. Overall excellent.

Food was good but it took a few minutes to get our food after we ordered and then we were missing things. Other than that the food was actually pretty good.
These people are always friendly and polite, even if I have a wait they are so nice you can’t be mad. They have a good crew and the food is always better than expected.
They try really hard to make your visit enjoyable. Fast service but food quality has gotten away from corporate.
A solid Taco Bell. Orders generally correct and drive thru is usually good - not super fast but not slow either.
If u ask for something that's not on menu thay will do there best to make it for u

The store manager is AMAZING!! Errors are made at times… it’s gonna happen. I have horrible luck and seem to get the “mistakes” (no matter where I go lol)… it’s me I’m an attraction for mistakes… but she ALWAYS corrects them, and swiftly! She is very friendly, and when she is working, she recognizes my order and works hard to make sure it is accurate! She takes her job seriously and loves to keep her customers happy; you don’t see this type of customer service nowadays… she is refreshing and keeps me coming back to Taco Bell!

Always awesome customer service and NEVER a long wait!! Food is always delicious and fresh... I am pregnant and most certainly can speak from experience because I eat here almost every day sometimes I have to hit different Taco Bells like the one on Erie Boulevard is the absolute worst worst customer service usually 20 to 40 minute wait food is never right and you don’t dare get back in the drive-through line to get it corrected they’ll even forget your sauce… One in north Syracuse is great always makes the food super big and yummy and the one in Cicero is pretty good too!!!
