Please make sure to order ahead on your phone, they are located in Woodbury and are super busy. If you order ahead, your food will be on the mobile order shelf next to the door. After you park the car just look for a table and grab your food. It’s saves so much time! Food was pretty good, it’s what you’d expect from Shake Shack. We also got a Strawberry Lemonade and it was pretty refreshing on a hot summer day.
Pretty good burgers. Cheese fries were good and so was the vanilla custard. We ordered at the kiosk and expected a text message when it was ready, but never got one, and so our food sat on a shelf. Seating is non-existent during its busiest times.
Delicious thin patties of meat, melty cheese, a classic sweet hamburger roll. What is not to love? I normally despise crinkle cut fries, but loved them at Shake Shack. Their fries are nice and crispy. The cheese sauce actually tastes like cheese and doesn't have that processed canned flavor.
Expensive for a cheeseburger, but the quality and flavor make it worth it.
To be honest i have eaten at other shake shacks and it was good. But today wasn't the day, first the burger was really dry and my Korean sandwich was not so good don't know why they called it Korean style. Then there was the Korean fries which came with a side of sauce but my sauce was almost empty when I got it.. I will try again but not at this location.(update 1/19/21)management reached out to me cause of my review and they were really nice and wanted me to give shake shack another try .. And they gave me a $25.00 gift card that was really nice of them. Soooo I'll keep my review at 3 stars for now until I am able to visit again.. Sorry for the wait but... (update 11/5/21)tried shack shack again and it was amazing and 4 stars from me :)
Good food and attentive service. The restaurant appeared to be a converted home and provided a nice atmosphere for the meal.

There’s always a crowd at this location but you never wait long. They always get five stars simply because I love Shake Shack burgers LOL
The food was pretty good, not my favourite fries but not bad, liked the burger.
The highlights were the shakes took the 2 special ones and they were soo good!!!
EDIT: I changed the rating to 5 from the original 2 because of the unmatched customer experience I've received. After my feedback, which I don't regard as very negative, the Shake Shack Hospitality Team took the time to reach out and ask for details in order to improve. This to me goes a long way and shows great care and attenton to the brand reputation and customer experience. I wish all restaurants and businesses did that. They went the extra mile and also offered me a gift and asked for my mailing address and when I told them I was visiting, they provided me with a code to avail a $20 discount on my online order. Keep up the good work, you guys definitely get a 5 in my book
